Seriously, He has to realize that the chromosomal makeup of a person is NOT what defines GENDER -or- SEX. Both have been changed according to the biologically psychological makeup of the trans widow, in accordance to properly express her sense of self. Either he corrects his viewpoints as a leading official, or he steps down/gets replaced by someone who is more competent of present-day issues. PERIOD.

The argument of the gender of the man's widow is irrelevant .If a man dies he can leave his estate to whomever he chooses and that doesn't even have to be a human being !! Whole estates have been left to Cats' homes , Donkey Sanctuaries and similar before today . I do hope this poor woman is not tortured any further as she has already lost her husband . It is a shame that his family are completely devoid of any humanity whatsoever. Case dismissed !!
