The trailer was very haunting :) I haven't seen the movie for a few years now but the scene with the alien in the roof is the one that I scare the most. There's just something very creepy about it!
yeah, I know what you mean, this is one of the movies that stayed in my mind since I was a child, I love this movie so much...still, there is one movie that scared the crap out of me as a child even more than this one: The Mothman Prophecies...dude, that's one movie I still won't watch alone lol.

When this first came out - my rents and I watched it.
I was like 6 and i ran crying to my room
when the alien appeared at the birthday party.
