  • Yikes!

  • That first driver seems to have forgotten what peddle the brake is. Just keeps gunning it.... what an idiot!

  • Liar. This wasn't in Seattle, it was in Portland Oregon on SW 20th st.-- but I'm sure something similar happened, they have some STEEP hills!

  • the first one was a bit extensive...

  • fist vehicle must be a SUV. Stupid Useless Vehicle. front wheel drive with snow tires all i've ever driven in the winter with no problems.

  • Seattle drivers are retards when it comes to driving in the snow!

  • The first driver played way to much forza

  • Guess no one went to work that day...

  • I HAVE 3 LITTLE CHILDREN UNDER 5 IN THAT CAR CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GET THEM OUT?

  • This was in Portland... Not Seattle!

  • I think this guy should have just given up LOL!

  • god i love southern california

  • SEATTLE people are idiots.. i know this because i live here!!

  • that first woman is fucking stupid

  • Winter tyres is not an option?

  • @Tesaruss Winter tyres don't help on ice. They give a little more grip on slush and snow, but for pure ice you need chains.

  • hahahahaha they look like penguins

  • anyone know how steep this hill is?

  • its cause all the hills

  • omg this is amazing.

  • which fool is driving 'at....f***k

  • Your car is sliding around uncontrollably. You accelerate?

Your car is more or less perfectly still, even if pointing in a strange direction. You see other cars sliding around. You accelerate?

  • @tiredofblogs Have you ever driven in the snow? Yeah, if your sliding around, pointing your wheels without any throttle isnt going to do jack. Also, applying throttle transfers weight to the rear of the car giving the tail end better grip and a fighting chance to stop it from sliding out. If you start to fishtail the last thing you want to do is brake, this will put weight in the front and the tail will spin. Though counter intuitive, opposite lock and giving throttle will settle things out.

  • woooot bumbercars

  • This crap is why Greg Nickels got booted from office. Praise the Lord, and pass the road salt.

  • i hope they all had insurance

  • I always thought the winters in the Blackforest are heavy, but I've never been in Seattle..! :)

  • ahahah lol, lmao

  • cool

  • King 5 News Is In Seattle.

  • GREAT!!!! What a great day. Recording this stuff. Wonderful. At least you would yell now and then to help the dolts walking the steet.

  • a video like this helps insurance companies sort out a huge mess of accidents as well. of course, it's not as helpful as commenting on YouTube...

  • this is one of the best!

  • No, this was in Portland, OR, not Seattle.

  • Thats Portland, Oregon

  • I'm sorry but these people are fuckin idiots

  • It's not seattle, it's portland. completely different state.

  • not one person pumps the brakes... idiots

  • wow that's really gonna matter...

    dumbass

  • pump the breaks = Slide faster ... idiot

  • how do you know they were not pumping the breaks??? you can tell from the cam angle?

  • You can hear the first car accelerate.

  • that first driver is quite the noob. you can hear them trying to accelerate in the icy conditions. if they had been braking, the car would not have hit evrything the way it did.

  • once again you fail. dumb shit

  • hoboboxer, im sorry if you are just learning to drive or something. you can see that there was at least a little bit of traction, which is why that car had short bursts of acceleration. now if the driver would have pumped the brakes, the car would have slowed down on the spots with a little bit of traction. i would expect a canadian to not be so stupid when it comes to driving on ice
