Nice Job. I like the format and how you put it together. Just a suggestion, You may want to create another one that is shorter so you don't loose the attention of prospective employer. I've used mine to get a foot in the door. So with a short version, punch it up with highlights, where you leave them wanting more.. You certainly will have them calling you. Once again very nice job!!
You should make a website for hiring purposes too. One that has the ability to view some of the projects you've worked on (like the actual finished project videos). That way you can have more description and detail for employers to look at - at their leisure. Go Spartans!
