It's a nice cover man, but the acoustic parts are a bit off. Did you have latency on the acoustic guitar? The other parts were way better!
But apart from that I really liked it, nice editing!

@GuitarSaladBar Some parts are abit off, mostly because of editing example the last 1 minute apart from the ending are abit off. Trying to sync the clips and sounds together for the first time, having so many clips together got me quite confused with the timing and stuff. Hopefully it'll end up better next time if I happen try it again.
