Well just to let everybody know war pvp is boring now they have made it so you have to grind sc's which normally get farmed by pre mades and the open rvr is boring because you just get killed by zergs...
i wouldnt say WAR is bad but in my opinion WoW is better but WAR has a very nice pvp system to it but WoW just has been around longer and has way more end game content which is really what matters imo

War is really a way better wow when you think of it like the wow pvp is the same thing over and over again on war there are a bit of a difference even the quests on war are better on wow like 90% are crap so i would go with War but if you lack the computer power then stick with wow.
darkfall is better cuz its first person aimed. not click the target and go through your spell list just hitting buttons or doing dps. but i like games that require skill but thats just me.

Dude, i myself play WoW, and im am honnestly tired of it. PvE is the same, just a new raid area with different textured mobs, same countless hours spent to get gear to soon be outdated. With PvP-there is no skill, everything falls down to gear or a certain class. Once my new computer arrives i plan on switching to Warhammer as from watching the videos i can tell ill prefer it more than WoW.
WELL FUCKING SAID "ozma44", well fucking said........I totally agree! WoW is very repetitve! You do Naxx 10 man to be geared for 25 to be geared for Ulduar 10, then 25..........and so on! Well actually "noob" YOUR Black Orc May not be able to take on a single witch hunter in tier 4, but mine can, and so can most others. If a tank can't fight a lone mdps then he fails epically as a tank. This tier 1 vid shows a BO in tier 1. Nuff said. l2read before you make pathetic comments.
i doubt very much that you even have a tier4 character simply based on your statement about tanks fighting a lone MDPS...WH negate our armour and have a combination of disarm, knockdown, and 2 seperate moves giving 100% parry....black orcs have no answer and simply cannot condend with this so plz in the future try actually KNOWING what your talking about
I second Glumlock - YOUR black orc may have no answer, but plenty of others can. Though i will admit that when Glumlock and I played on destro - it was before the BO nerf. But i still think that any tank worth his salt should be able to take down a MDPS, Glumlock plays an ironbreaker these days and i play a Knight - both of us can easily tear apart a MDPS, so stop judging others by your own shitty standards please.
all weapons have a DPS rateing it just matters what kind of DPS you want I play a black ork and you often forget your playing a tank they are an awsome solo class

I run warhammer on the highest possible settings and I get perfect framerates, no lag, ect ect. I only have 2GB RAM, Dual Core Processor, Nvidia Geforce 8800GTS OC Gaming video card. Not used HD monitor, Cpu was made in 2004 and used at least 6 days a week so its not new by any means.. People whine that warhammer requires too good of a cpu.. It rly doesn't.
I love Black Orc, its my main. You can both deal, and take a shit load of dmg. I both tried the Chosen, and Black Orc, and compared 'em, especially tank wise. And i must say i was so disappointed with the Chosens tank skills.
yes...by a landslide. war isnt spec heavy, i only really get choppy in keed raids and im running an 8600gt 256mb alot of people i know go down to slideshow speed in keep raids...you may not have that much problem
I have a Geforce 8600GT that can play on max graphics it does the little choppy thing where it freeze for about 1 second every 15 minutes... and sometimes the graphics get screwed up really badly. BUt I think thats the graphics cache option thing

I've played both, and just recently made the change from wow to war and I can tell you I enjoy war 100% more then wow. I was running out of things to accomplish in WOW and it's been a nice change of pace in WAR. WAR is very PVP oriented and well designed to allow for pvp lvling. I also enjoy the playstyle more, no one class seems to dominate as much as in WOW. WAR is more about team effort then what class you are imo.
yer i started playing WAR on realm darklands what i like most is a that pvp all classes r so balanced i picked a marauder he is lvl 13 so far and i alrdy did the live event for the new classes it's an like NZ and AUS server so if ur ammerican u might not find it idk if u would like to play i would b happy to come to play on ur servers so if u want to just reply or messege me ur realm and what faction u r like order or destruction and ur guys name so yer if u want to do sum warhammerin just ask:)
Renown Rank gear can be bought from vendor or you can loot bodies in PvP for pretty good gear, RvR areas are shown on maps in a big red area if you enter the area your are flagged for PvP (kinda like smaller "contested" areas in WoW)
to do scenarios (WoW BGs) you just have to click the small WAR symbol on your mini map then choose which or all scenarios to join
you can do it anywhere except capitol cities i think
odd, i heard the opposite thing, that in the betas' that realms were often full. and plus, MMO's are about getting away from reality and having fun, not leveling up! PvP is one of the many things aout MMORPGs' that make it great! You get to kill other people, and not be in any trouble. But meh, we're intitled to different thoughts

for tanking are only 2 good classes IronBreaker and Black orc and i have a KOTOBS-knight of the blazing sun bacuse there are good as tank but on lvl 40 you can swich to DPS talents and i have doon thet and i can seey they can absouurb a loot off dmg and do a loot of dmg

I run warhammer on the highest possible settings and I get perfect framerates, no lag, ect ect. I only have 2GB RAM, Dual Core Processor, Nvidia Geforce 8800GTS OC Gaming video card. Not used HD monitor, Cpu was made in 2004 and used at least 6 days a week so its not new by any means.. People whine that warhammer requires too good of a cpu.. It rly doesn't.

I love Black Orc, its my main. You can both deal, and take a shit load of dmg. I both tried the Chosen, and Black Orc, and compared 'em, especially tank wise. And i must say i was so disappointed with the Chosens tank skills.

Lulz, 1:07, the black orc drains all his AP to block ranged DPS from a melee NPC. Thats skill for sure!

yes...by a landslide. war isnt spec heavy, i only really get choppy in keed raids and im running an 8600gt 256mb alot of people i know go down to slideshow speed in keep raids...you may not have that much problem

I have a Geforce 8600GT that can play on max graphics it does the little choppy thing where it freeze for about 1 second every 15 minutes... and sometimes the graphics get screwed up really badly. BUt I think thats the graphics cache option thing

my wow account has been hacked like 3 times and everytime i get it back it gets taken again and my stuff gets taken againand sent to sorelymissed on blackwing lair so i quit wow and thought warhammer looks good like wow was awesome for me when i started which was like a week after release is this game as good as wow started off plz no dumb ass's who r crazy so much bout wow they just say this sucks i need a some 1 who has playe both to tell me

I've played both, and just recently made the change from wow to war and I can tell you I enjoy war 100% more then wow. I was running out of things to accomplish in WOW and it's been a nice change of pace in WAR. WAR is very PVP oriented and well designed to allow for pvp lvling. I also enjoy the playstyle more, no one class seems to dominate as much as in WOW. WAR is more about team effort then what class you are imo.

yer i started playing WAR on realm darklands what i like most is a that pvp all classes r so balanced i picked a marauder he is lvl 13 so far and i alrdy did the live event for the new classes it's an like NZ and AUS server so if ur ammerican u might not find it idk if u would like to play i would b happy to come to play on ur servers so if u want to just reply or messege me ur realm and what faction u r like order or destruction and ur guys name so yer if u want to do sum warhammerin just ask:)

Renown Rank gear can be bought from vendor or you can loot bodies in PvP for pretty good gear, RvR areas are shown on maps in a big red area if you enter the area your are flagged for PvP (kinda like smaller "contested" areas in WoW)
to do scenarios (WoW BGs) you just have to click the small WAR symbol on your mini map then choose which or all scenarios to join
you can do it anywhere except capitol cities i think

ive been hearing that the realms in Warr are empty and it feels like u lvl in the barrens
also that u should PvP for lvling instead of questing because it take s along time to lvl

odd, i heard the opposite thing, that in the betas' that realms were often full. and plus, MMO's are about getting away from reality and having fun, not leveling up! PvP is one of the many things aout MMORPGs' that make it great! You get to kill other people, and not be in any trouble. But meh, we're intitled to different thoughts
