Yes, it agrees. However, international society does not believe the fact which China asserts. Moreover, international society thinks that Chinese people are brainwashed. I personally think CHina is learning western modernization , In economically , they are more open to the world, (moret than JP), with constitutional, you cannot expect it will change just like that!
