@goldenrod666 You're probably right to assume that you need some kind of backstory to it, but providing a whole season of backstory would be nearly impossible because there is much more to this joke than just the joke itself. Most of the end of season 5 was about JD and Kim always trying to find a time to have sex, but always being interrupted or busy. Also JD is socially awkward, and Kim is... well... hot. And that's just one of the many stories leading up to this and I am almost out of charact
