this one isnt, he sings it slightly differently like most people do live...its mainly pop people who lip-sync when they do complicated dancing that gets them out of breath, not bands who dont do dancing

TOTP performances are always (afaik) NOT live, at least not completely. for this performance only the vocals are probably live, the music is pre-recorded. so if they seem to suck here, it's probably because of that. u shd see how nirvana handled their slts totp performance :)
