  • My wife and I just got a 2 year old Corgi Pembroke for our 2 year old son. He was abandon by his owner and we got her for free. From day one our son and his puppy have been inseperatable. Its only been a week and they are the best of friends. I couldnt ask for a better breed of dog for a child. I cant wait to see how their relationship grows.

  • awesome dog

  • Ok, that has got to be one of the coolest\cutest videos I've ever seen! That's why we got a Corgi and that's why I can't wait to be a dad! God bless you

  • I've never seen a dog do this voluntarily before!

  • @LucyLovettLestrange

    Lucy, he had been driving us crazy barking on his leash for about an hour, when I finally let him off, he went straight to the slide and started sliding. He really does think he is a kid.

  • @OneMissionInLife It's cute! He loves the kids and his life and his family. It's so cute and sweet! ;)

  • This is just to damn cute

  • I loved it! Corgis will do just about anything. My Corgi likes to ride my Dad's surfboard in the pool and go with me on the jet ski.

  • The dog just voluntarily went on the slide? By himself? If so, that's impressive!!

  • The dog loves it!

  • Great with kids <3

  • The Corgi is so cute sliding! I love the name Kramer!

  • Aww how sweet, still learning! Xx

  • oh gosh this is the cutest. I love corgis

  • reminds one of our gang

  • this is just TOO DAM CUTE!!!

  • 0:43 was that a laugh!? LOL

  • Hehelol

  • corgis didnt exist in 2007, this video is fake

  • @mdeslinger What are you on?

  • Typical corgi. Instatiable for attention and needs to be along with everyone else. And you can't really force a corgi to do anything. They may look small but the one I have is a solid 35 pounds and can play fight on equal ground with a 114 lb german shepherd. It's hilarious, with that low center of gravity it's hard to knock those dogs down.

    Very cute :) Mine's cuter though. I have a tri-color.

  • That is so adorable.

    Makes me miss my corgi, Cassie. T_T

  • pembroke welsh corgi? no such fuckin thing pembroke is in wales south wales and i have never ever heard of a pembroke welsh corgi never seen 1 either not in wales and not in pembroke

  • @Liquadia

    I sincerely hope you're joking. >_>

  • @roseminty lol im not joking are u living in wales then uk

  • @Liquadia

    Uhm, I don't know about the geography of Wales, but I do know that the pembroke welsh corgi is a breed of dog. o_o

  • @Liquadia Google it. Read up on their history. If you think then name is lying about their origins then go yell at the WKC or you could tell the Queen that her dogs don't really exist. She's half the reason they're relatively popular.

  • @Liquadia

    I own a pembroke welsh corgi, you twit. I guess my dog doesn't exist then.

  • @Liquadia That is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi in the video,I have two Corgi's one of them being a purebred.

  • @Liquadia wtf r u talkin about ? lol

  • That is not a full bred Corgi, they are not that big

  • *pop* FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUU

  • It was a birthday party.

  • We have 4 kids. Kramer the Corgi does not understand he is not a kid. So some comments here don't really make sense.

    Pushy? No.

  • u guys have like 6 children?

  • idk if my corgi would go on that or nott.

  • That's one happy dog! The kids shouldnt be so pushy with him though.

  • hahahaha pobre perro, para mi que no se queria subir¡ :S

  • OMG this is so cute....looks like he's getting a good workout!!

  • OMG that's so cute!! Looks like he's getting a workout!!

  • typical corgi, always has to be a part of the action! haha :)

  • Super cool! This dog is lovin' it!

  • what a cutie...I love how he hops up those stairs :-)

  • haha love it

  • great dog. loves kids greatly and nothing will get in the way of that.

  • How athletic! This is why I love dogs.

    And my mom's corgi would have been worn out on the second go up those stairs!

  • omg cutest corgi ever lols

  • Darmo, THIS dog knows he's playing. He brings his pull rope over and FORCES a game of tug o war out of u no matter if you want to or not.

  • @shaneevans1 Does he ever do that play bow dogs do when they want to play? My dogs do

  • I wonder if dogs understand the concept of playing or if he's just thinking "Well, weren't we just here a second ago? Why do we keep going in circles?"

  • omg i LOVE this video

  • I LOVE how game the Corgi is for keeping up with the rest of the gang. Typical Corgi attitude and energy. "Hey guys, wait for me!"

  • aww very cute dog. :D

  • To cute. A wore out cattle dog is a good cattle dog.

  • What a beautiful Permbroke Welsh Corgi you have. I love those puppys

  • haha! what a dog!! that is great. the corgi is just like another one of the kids. loves that slide! So cool.

  • hahaha, that corgi has a hard time getting up the slide :)

  • I am getting a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. They seem to befunny, playful, and thoughtful dogs.

  • omg....they all lovely kids,,,,

  • i want a welsh corgi!!!!!im getn1when i get my own place

  • Haha, that's adorable.

    Kramer loves it.

  • lol hes smart he looks just like my corgi :)

  • hahaha... He is so smart!! He know exactly which is the staircase and which is the slide.. hahaha...

  • they are so cute

    that is a smart corgi. Also did you know you updated this video on my birthday and I got a corgi that same day? that is weird

  • cute!!

  • toooo cute!! i love corgis!

  • Ahhhh, we have a Corgi too.

  • That looks so fun! XDD But the dog's claws don't scratch it...?

  • I guess they could if they were fresh cut and sharp, but he also walks on concrete a good bit. Never noticed them being sharp and no he didnt scratch or cut it.

  • Well that's good...

  • I must have a corgi!

  • ahaha so cute

  • haha cool!

  • amazing !

  • haha :)

  • CUTE DOG <333

  • its pretty cute

  • ha. The dogs like oh this is fun.

  • for some reason your comment is marked as spam....?

  • Hahaha so cute

  • Brave dog. I have 3 pitbulls and they would probably not even try to go up the ladder. My pitbulls aren't the violent fighting type. They LOVE people so much. Whenever we have parties they immediately go the people in the chair, put their head on their laps and BEG to get a good scratch behind the ears, and if you stop scratching, they stare at you for 5 seconds, then prod your hand with their head so you can scratch them. Your Corgi looks so cute. I love the video and nice job with Kramer.

  • aww thats so adorable, i want a corgi so bad!

  • I'm in love!

  • Corgis = FUN!! ;-D

  • This helps explain why I will ALWAYS have a pembroke corgi! They are the most fun and so good with kids, not to mention beyond adorable.

  • Kramer is so adorable!! This video is too fun.

  • OMG, this is the best thing on YouTube.

    I'm not kidding.

    Look how happy that dog is! See how he gets braver on the ladder each time! I thought it was hilarious when he volunteered (without hesitation!) to go up the 2nd time.

    He's obviously TOTALLY digging it!!! THANKS!!

     ~~~GO KRAMER!~~~
  • i love corgis there so cute and funny
    i would never expect a dog to do that.
  • Lol this is exactly what my corgi would do
  • kramer is soo cute
    i love corgis
  • Yeah, Corgis can easily become over-weight if over fed or if they don't get enough daily exercise. But this is neat, I wish our Corgis were this playful with us. They are more playful with each other. :(
  • see, we were contemplating getting another but your comment gives me second thoughts.
    dont want them to not want to play with us!!
  • ahh you gotta love corgis...
    this is very cute!
    my corgi would probably do the same!
    Mine is a little on the chubby side.. (:
    very cute vid.
  • Hi, Thanks for the comment...
    Kramer was getting a little chubby too, and we took the auto feeder away and started feeding him a cup and a half of his normal food daily. He sulked around for a while, but the lbs started coming off. He is back up to two cups a day until I can tell if it will hold him at this weight..
    Shane
  • @mainenews my corgi is chubby!
  • My corgi likes to play too, gotta love em, they are so darn smart.
  • If you watch, he ignores all the other kids besides Mason (the one in the Yellow Shirt).
    He slides when Mason slides. Mason is one of "his kids that lives with him".
  • haha..it's cute how the first time he wasn't so sure if he wanted to go down the slide, but after that he couldn't stop!...that's so adorable! XD
  • very cute!
    and the corgi's butt (lol)
    :)
  • And the slide was about 150 bucks for 24 hours rental. We got it for a birthday party and invited over the neighborhood kids.
    Oh, we ARE forcing him to get on a diet. lol.
  • I mentioned this right after the original posting. He drove us crazy barking for several hours until I finally let him out to play with the kids. I had no idea that he wanted to actually get on the slide. He had been watching them, and as soon as he was let out, he went straight to trying to climb the slide.
    We dont force him to do anything. He thinks he is a kid to the point that he sits in the outfield at baseball practice and disrupts things when someone hits a ball out there.
  • That corgi must love those kids, as he wouldn't do that if he wasn't willing.
  • Looks like he's having more fun than the kids are.
    ^_^
  • this is too cute!
    pembrokes are so quirky xD
  • looks like a lot of fun for the corgi he has trained his family well, corgis are the smart ones. :)
  • How much did that slide cost?
  • This is so cute! I thought my dog was the only one who like slides (and by "slide" I mean lining my stairway with matresses then sliding down on them!)
  • Do your school. Say your vitamins. And Stay in prayers. Knowin's half the battle, kids!
  • forced? he when up all on his own. he was just having a bit of trouble climbing up. but forced?
  • what video were you watching?
  • Dispite their small bodies, Corgis don't do things they don't want to do, they'll squirm if he didn't want to go up.
  • lol, i wonder how many times he went up and down. so cute
  • ahahahahahahahaha =>> pembrokes.
  • i love thisssssssss
  • awe, how fricken adorable!!! I love corgis :D!!!
  • This is why children should have nice dogs!!! For wonderful memories like this! Got to love those Welsh Pembroke Corgis!
  • Man this is why I love my pembroke welsh corgi.
  • toooo cute!! i love corgis! i dont think my dog Yogi would do that, but its adorable
  • I have a corgi, too! Actually, two corgis. I have a tricolor male, turning 8 this spring, and a fluffy female that will be turning 7 this July. Adorable dog! But does he enjoy it? My corgis are terribly afraid of slides and HEIGHTS!!!
  • I've had corgis my whole life and they have always been great dogs. When I was a child my corgi was extremely protective over me. They are great family pets and love children. And the funniest thing is watching them herd the kids around the yard! :D!
  • I love Pembrokes. My sister has a senior female, Tess. Tess is my buddy. She is so cute, but gets really snarly with certain dogs when they come close to her. They have a large dog appearance in a small package.
  • Who doesn't love welsh corgis? I own my own. She is a goofy dog. We call he "Stubby" for short (guess why! hee hee). And they got such big Radar ears! Deos yours roll on the carpet and pretend she is attacking something viscious? Ours does. lol.
  • what a good sport!
  • THAT DOG IS BEAUTIFUL~ Reminds me of the times I used to push my dog down the slide...Then he got smart and knew not to go near the slide again lol XD
  • corgi buttz drive me nutz
  • Kramer had no tail. Nothing. He wags a tailbone that is almost an inch up his back.
    We have a friend with a Cardigan that will whip you like Indiana Jones with his huge tail.
    Anyway, yall dont argue on here.. Kramer doesnt like it.
    Hes unhappy anyway right now. Freshly shaved. :-) Remember the kids on Major Payne: Thats about his attitude about the 'do....
  • aww this is so cute
  • ok you people dont know anything... there are two different breeds of corgis Pembrokes: who have been bred WITHOUT tails and are born naturally docked and cardigans: who are born WITH tails
  • I used to have a Cardi named Russie, but unfortunately we had to put him to sleep last Jan 2007 (health problems). This is one of coolest videos I've seen, and your Kramer reminds me a lot of Russie, as he was my little "son"...I can picture him playing on the slide. Real cute video.
  • I live in Holland and here it's illegal.. and it should be I tink, but if it's not what you've asked for it's somewhat better i think... still I would love to see him with tail..:P
  • Our corgi goes down the slides with our daughter at the park! She loves it too!
  • whyy did you dock his taill!.. They have beatiful tails. You're litteraly CUTTING OFF one of the most important parts of a dog(and one of the prettiest parts).
  • 99% of pems get their tails docked. I'm sure these people didn't dock it, the breeder did.
  • Natural born bobtails. Ring any bells?
    I hope it does, most corgis ARE natural bobtails.
  • I just read that you are from poland, so your view does make sense. It's completely different in the U.S though. In countries where docking the tail is illegal, pems with naturally docked tails are especially being bred to promote the gene. Whereas in the US, since docking is legal, it's not as much a sought after trait.
  • Obviously you never had any experience with corgi breeding or breeders. The tails aren't docked, a large nubmer of pems are natural bobtails. A tail is actually a rarity.
    Not to mention that docking pretty much disqualifies the dog as a show dog, which equals to financial suicide.
  • Wow. Natural docked tails are definitely more of a rarity than the normality. Yes, there are pems born w/o tails occasionally, but I would definitely say occasional at best. And dogs born w/ naturally docked tails are usually too long according to the standard "as close to the body w/o being indented" and must be docked anyway. Don't say other people don't know what they're talking about if you don't.
  • More of a rarity? Wel, I guess Scott's family is a rarity in itself, since in five puppies, three were short tailed and two had proper corgi tails. :)
  • "Historically, the Pembroke was a breed with a natural bob tail (very short tail). Due to the advent of docking, the trait was not aggressively pursued, with breeders focusing instead on other characteristics, and the tail artificially shortened if need be. Given that some countries are now banning docking, breeders are again attempting to select for dogs with the genes for natural bob tails."
  • Believe me, dogs do NOT have natural bobtails. If it was natural how could there be Corgi's with tails. And dogs are supposed to have tails. The dog in the vid still looks pretty.. but you're not telling me the tails natural.. that's silly..
  • They do. I have experience with corgis and litters are comprised of corgis with bobtails and without. Bobtail'd corgis have a special name segment added to denote their short tailness.
  • It's natural that it's kind of short but not lke that.. that's what I meant.
  • Kramer is one brave corgi!!!!So cute...
  • I love this, but I'd be concerned with Kramer climbing all those steps. Puppy back problems :(
  • Puppy back problems from climbing stairs? We live in a 2 story house, he drives me crazy going up and down. I would think if it was gonna hurt him, he'd be in a wheelchair by now.... :-)
  • omg that is the cutest thing ever! When I get my own place or at least move out that is the kind of dog I want!
  • hah corgis are def. the best dogs. so funny, full of character. definitely recommended :D
  • Absolutely hilarious! What a good boy! Pembrokes are the best!
  • AWESOME ^_^
  • best vid ever
    so cute
  • LOL awesome dog
  • omg cutest dog ever!
  • He looks like a great dog for the family!!!
  • He is just the best. By the way, everyone, the dog barking in the background is NOT Kramer. It was a neighbors dog, mad about being tied away from all the fun.
    Thanks for the comments!!!!
  • My corgi Tuco, wood defanitly do that. hes a daredevil.
  • Corgis are such good sports! This is darling.
  • this video is super! I want a corgi to but my mother don't want it... HELP :(
  • Great video. Those wonderful little dogs are game for anything.
  • Hey we have a corgi named Allie! I dont know if she would do that or not but we still love our Allie girl I really enjoyed watching your video...
  • My dog is old! He would NEVER do that for his life! lol!
    I love my Corgi.
    That was really funny. Knew exactly what to do.
  • So cute ^^
  • that looks fun
  • wow... some lucky kids! cute corgi, slide. nice video wuts the dogs name and how old is he she?
  • His name is Kramer. His name just kinda came to me because of the way his ears stood up when he was a puppy, and the way he would run into a room expecting to own all the attention in the room, like Cosimo Kramer from Seinfeld.
    He was born on 9-11-2003, and is the best dog I have ever owned. By far. He absolutely thinks he is a kid, and doesnt really care for other dogs, but LOVES our 4 boys.
  • I was watching this video with my brother and sisters and we have all come to a conculsion that your corgi looks just like ours. It's so weird and cute! ^_^ WOW, if only our dog would get on the slide like that. =]
  • wats this dogs name???????
  • hahahahaha that is sooooo adorable! I couldn't pay my corgi enough money to even THINK about doing that haha
  • my corgi named rocky hes rlly cute he did this aswell once but he got scared went down it and ran away lol
  • What an adorable dog!Even if he`s an adult still plays with the kids.That`s a lovable doggie.
  • So cute!
  • It is not sliding down but running doun.
    But so cute.
