break out more of blues rock. ya know the blues had a baby, they named rock n roll. anybody that's MB collection like you do has to have 60s & 70s gold. I have close to 10000 records. my wife will not let me put any of it on the computer. she has let keep them in the ac for 12 years. i have always had a room lps & music system. she calls the old guy's room.
My little sister married Steve Ford ,Mark,Robben, and Pat Ford's brother,.They gave Me the blues--Forever grateful!!

Zine, remember me? Paul passed away today in 1987 and I just had to listen to some Butterfield. Thanks for this great music man.

I really don't see the Paul Butterfield Blues Band as blues rock...I could see how they influenced rock, but they're pure blues

It's the second song of the set so Butterfield was probably still finding his groove vocally that night.

Butterfield's vocals are a little stretched and rough but not the harmonica. Excellent backing by the other gugs, a real treat.
