Good old days. We trained at that pace for hour after hour. Kadoya-san was the boy of the moment, Yas-san was the power house, Seino-san so heavy and Satoshi-san, ferocious. Sensei would hammer us with the power of his technique. Thanks to that time and manner of practice we, the earlier Shonan Renmei members learned to understand techniques better. We are now able to mix in and train in most other Aiki-Style -Dojos. I hold a number of VCRs from the 80s of Sensei. Stephen Semoure dose also.
I have only known him and AKI for the past 5 years so this is awesome to watch- to see how he has evolved. It's also fun to play "Who's the uke?"
