That is miserable about the lay-offs at your plant, Tyler. I hope it is short lived and things get back to normal. Some manufacturing plants have really struggled with the high value of our dollar, if they export to the states. I would imagine your plant does. Are you unionized? If yes, what are they doing about it?

@popparoc46 yes alot of our business is in usa but my plant is verybusy its plant 1 thats doing layoffs but its never good news, will be uploading that video today. and no were not unionized,i am not sure what there plans are the economy sucks.
