@D86shanks There are no cv joints to have a problem with. When this slide show was made it had a Dana 44 solid front axle, and 18 inches of lift.

@toddCR500 Yeah, it used to be silver city but now it is silver lake campground and resort. They made some changes with the new owners and it is a lot nicer, but you have to be quiet. They don't put up with loud campers

@hispeed1985 there is absolutely no way you're running stock axles with a 454 behind them... unless the 454 is tuned way down, and you drive like a grandma... the stock axles in the s10's just arent strong enough... ive seen guys grenade stock axles with a 4.3L... one of my buddy's blew his rear axle apart on the first run in a little bit of mud.

post up a video of your blazer, i'd love to see how you stuffed a 454 into it. it is possible, ive seen it done too... but its not easy.
