Although I liked IWTB I was disapointed that it was basiclly just a big stand alone episode. (Congratulations CC, thats quite a feat; having me both like a movie and be disapointed with it at the same time)

If there is ever another movie I hope it gets back to the mythology and its about William. Imo this montage with Scully's voice over would be a great way to start the movie.

william didnt get alien DNA scully had alien DNA after government did some experiments on her so she gave that to william when he was born

does someone know what happend with the baby i didnt understand how come i was BACK to normal when he got the shot ? was he becomming a super soldier (alien) like others or what?

The baby had some strange powers... that implied he had some alien DNA or was a supersoldier... there are milliions of theories about it, but I like the one he inherit it from Mulder, that was infected with the alien Virus during season 7. That makes perfect sense to me :).

Sorry I understood wrong, it was never clear...it is supposed to be ambiguos, but if the IVF didn't work, I believe it was natural... anyway you decide, the only thing I can say is that William is Mulder's biological son (no matter if natural or IVF), confirmed by Frank Spotnitz.

Thanks and I share the hate and agree that it was really sad and unlike Scully to do that and this move really shocked most fans, still it's part of the show and we can really hope that the movie bring some hope about William.

god that was too beautiful!!! and yes, i have heard something about william being in the new movie..however, i was watching my x-files movie (old one of course, fight the future) dvd and they went so far as to protect the content of the movie that they would leak false information about the movie in order to not spoil anything..so william in x-files 2 may or may not be, but we can hope! like mulder said in the last episode, 'maybe there's hope' =)

I guess I needed long time to see that episode again and vid it was not easy, it was just how I saw the quote... and :) yes, I am looking forward to XF: I want to believe and who knows maybe we get to see Will again.
