If you want to use captainsparklez's name or even do a co-op with him, just ask. Don't sneakily attach his name into a title and then play the "I'm just a poor user trying to get by" card. Actually, people do.

It's like creating a product and slapping on some name like Steve Jobs or Bill Gates on the cover. You aren't just using a name. You're using a person's reputation. By putting captainsparklez in your title, ESPECIALLY saying "featuring" you are essentially saying that captainsparklez is IN THE VIDEO.
