to see the list of "subscribers" that you have, go to your channel and where it shows where how many subscribers you have, click on it, and it will take you to your list of subscribers. works for me
ok, your friends list , its all now called "all contacts" and for your comments, go to feed tab and hit the small view button and then select comments only, there you should see the comments that your friends and subscribers put on your wall, you will also see the comments that you put on your own youtube wall as well.
I know its stupid. you have to subscribe all your old friends. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE NEW LAYOUT!!! I EVEN HAD TO SUBSCRIBE TO YOU

To access channel comments, you go to "Feed", the "View" button, and "Comments Only". It's fucking stupid, I know. :\
