The album's OK. It's cool that she's channeling her Dangerously in Love album in some of the songs that I like. Party, Rather Die Young, Start Over, and Love on Top. The new sound is not going to appeal to everyone but that doesn't mean that the album will flop. It will just build momentum slower than her previous albums.

I am 100% buying this album!!! I love every snippet, except Run The World. I Care sounds like a great vocal song and the beat is like gospel 90's. I Miss You sounds like the hairs on your body will stand up. Party sounds very 90's and I cannot wait to hear it! It puts me in the mind of those girl groups. Rather Die Young is Prince-ish and nice. Start Over=WOW. Love On Top sounds like Jackson 5 and love it. Countdown is cute, but she knows she can't cook in heels in the kitchen.

I love this C.D.... It reminds me of the ballad singing Beyonce before the Single Ladies and Freekum Dresses... this album will definitely showcase her vocal range. But I don't think many people will appreciate it as much cause she scored a huge fan base with her upbeat songs and I'm not sure those people were around when she was singing songs like Emotions, Brown Eyes, Speechless, Dangerously in Love, Signs one after the next. All being ballads.
