I think that It is a great reminder of very pivitol moments in in the charge towards a new nation and politics. That cant be that bad in fact mass media like this will make many folks think deep and hard wether Scotland shall return to a Nation Sate once more.
@celtichugs123 oh please shut the fuck up,,, its a film, why cant you just look at it like that... its not 100% factual,, but its a great story, a great movie,, get off your high horse you silly prick
@ThAtB0yFaEfiNtRY I would, if it were that easy :). Clearly you do not understand the damage it caused and probably never will if your retorts are always so aggressive :)
I went to Scotland last year. It was freezing and rained non-stop. The only food was haggis, deep fried Mars Bars and shortbread & everyone is fat. All the men are transvestites & the women look like men. I couldn't understand a word anyone said & everyone had false teeth. Most of Scotland is sparsely habited due to the midge plague. Most children have MS due to the appalling weather & the oldest person is 50-years-old. I couldn't sleep due to the 24-hour-a-day bagpipe playing. Avoid.
@oberstul You're welcome. Glad you enjoyed it. Can't say I'm a fan of Mel Gibson as a person, but he does make some great movies, and this was one of his best. I have some Scottish ancestry and have always felt a connection to Scotland, even though I have never been there. I plan on visiting someday.
@TheWraith20878 I agree with you. I have scottish ancestry as well. Never been there but I would love to go sometime. Given how I stress family ties I have always felt connected to Scotland. As a matter of fact that may have been why I have always sung Scottish songs back when I was in school. People like the songs (mostly Scotlan the Brave and Scots Wha Hae). Plus they reminded me of my ancestry. Something to be proud of.
@TheWraith20878 Thank you for uploading it is excellently matched with the film and perfect choice of music to this scene. Well done! Greetings from Scotland :)
This is actually called "Bruce march to Bannockburn" as A Burns Poem
Since made into a song called" Scots Wha Hae" as Scotland's OTHER national anthem. This to me surpasses The Flower of Scotland any day!
More stirring IMO

For those who enjoy your Scots ancestry, you should maybe realise how bad this film is/was for Scotland. How much bad it has done.

@ScotishChristian Sorry I misspelled Scotland when I was typing Scotland the Brave. Sometimes I miss that key.
