People in high office got there by ignoring the word integrity - that is the essence of the game. These days the world is so totally mad, one needs to be an habitual liar and general sociopath to get to the top in anything whether religion, politics and especially the military and police and law.
The court `system`is a massive money laundering operation and revenue raised from fines is dispersed in a secretive way.No one really knows where it goes to, but Serco are heavily involved in both the speed cameras and running the prisons and CJS in general.Indirectely some money filters back to the Judges, many of who are on £100,000, and the CPS also do well. There is no profit from finding people innocent and the incentive is to find everyone guilty, and further profit from the appeal process.
@denny174 I find your response highly revealing. I asked for figures & sources, neither were forthcoming, just a lot of 'greyness' based upon guesswork.
The vast majority of speeding offences are dealt with by magistrates which carries no paid salary, only expenses. What is their financial incentive to find anyone guilty? I have worked in the courts system & have seen no evidence of any money 'filtering' anywhere other than thru the ticket office & into The Treasury.
@taIlboyandy23 .The figures are hidden from public scrutiny that is why you have seen no evidence. There is an element of corruption possibly related to Freemasonry. You may know many Judges( who are only really glorified solicitors) are in the brotherhood, and by assessing their behaviour it is possible to discover their agenda. The magistrates are innocent puppets of the system,`advised` by the clerk of the court, and have no technical knowledge.I explained technical detail and they looked dumb.
@taIlboyandy23 .I was NOT speeding along the Hagley Rd. I had just RELUCTANTLY joined it whilst going home at twilight, dark with NO street lights on, after work, due to the UNFAMILIAR enforced one way system.I wanted to get off it at first chance.Look at the clip 2.55 and see `no right turn` signs.I had virtually STOPPED in the centre lane to turn right before I had to accelerate to regain lost speed to make the next exit.I only `sped`about 100 metres to reduce the DANGER of a rear end shunt.
@Jamiep84 Speeding is considered an absolute offence, even if you are causing no harm or danger or anxiety to anyone else.In these circumstances it is used as a money making scam simply by breaking the Queen`s Law(CROWN Prosecution Service). My `speeding` was harmless, on a DARK night on the Hagley Rd caused by `duress of circumstance` as I SLIGHTLY accelerated past the camera trying to TURN RIGHT off the road. You will see from the Fatal Accident Photo there is `no right turn` before the camera.
@Jamiep84 The term `absolute offence` is an unfair legal `fix` set up by a corrupt system to make the defendant accept they have no chance.Just give up, we hold all the cards.I cannot ever accept any Guilt as I was driving carefully appropriate to the conditions. The West Midlands Chief Constable Sir Paul Scott-Lee was determined to maximise fines by hiding the signage in bushes. He got a knighthood for his efforts then took early retirement. He operated outside of the rules, a disgraceful cop

Can you explain why you believe the civilians who operate speed enforcement equipment are somehow sub-standard to regular officers?

I just finished watching the clip above and you say that courts benefit financially, how much do they get and where does the information come from?

I am lost, you were detected at 35mph, what was your defence?

I agree with nearly all of the sentiments expressed in this video, but if you were speeding, how did you hope to be found 'not guilty' in court?

@denny174 Understood, but since it is an 'absolute offence', why waste time pleading 'not guilty'?
