I sold 100 boar goats at about 95.00 US ea. In Arizona I build adobe block pens, and use a strand of Barded wire running through the center of the wall for reinforcement. Feeding them is no problem as they love tumble weeds ( Russan thistle) and bermuda grass. The heart of the operation is in the fencing, which includes an electric fence along with feild fencing. The electric part keeps the goats away from the fabric fence, otherwise they would destroy it.
