Please note that the BUSH budget did NOT include war spending which Paul O'Neill in his book, "the Price of Loyalty" testified that as of 2006 was ONE TRILLION dollar and that BOTH BUSH WARS would cost America ELEVEN TRILLION dollars. Now tell me again which party is known for fiscal responsibility? The last presidents to submit a balanced budget were....BILL CLINTON and JIMMY CARTER. The GOP always BORROWS from our enemies to finance their wars.
