  • I've worked in customer service as well, and it's become obvious to me that the majority of people are mentally deficient.

People feel too entitled these days.

  • I worked at an amusement park, except it was a children's amusement park..... imagine, tons of sugar high kids with their parents who let them do whatever they want....0_0...

  • I just went to Busch Gardens last weekend. Awesome.

  • haha 2:10! Very nice, Stevie.

This is a comment about the whole week rather than this specific video...but why does everyone feel the need to introduce the theme every video? After monday, we already know what it is lol

I guess it's just an un-awkward way to start the video?

  • Not everyone watches everyone's videos.

  • I will give you the thumbs up anyways

  • i enjoyed that you edited your yawn.

    let it out stevie. :)

  • WOW you are so good! i love the displays, very nice designs and execution. Bravo! Oh and i enjoyed your video

  • What department store do you work at!

  • WOAH!!! I should have waited 'til the end to comment because I was paying attention to what I was typing and randomly heard "straight bars and 4-ways." What kinda job were you working? :P j/k

  • Random fact: It's called PFK in Québec...Poulet Frit à la Kentucky :P

  • I'm currently working at an amusement park, and it really is a bitch. I'm not a people person so everything annoys me. Especially those that duck below the height measurer and go "oh oh, looks like i'm too short for this ride!". I want to kill you all, srsly. At least I only have three more weeks left.

  • your displays are phenomenal!

  • I like the "Farewell" lets keep that!

  • ooo i love anthropologie, but its soo out of my price range :(

    pretzels w/ ranch = love

btw, did u work at kfc when u were a vegetarian? lol~

  • Not going to lie, Stevie, I've definately done the thumbs up at the Busch Gardens workers once or twice in my day. I feel it's justified though cause I got spit on once on a ride when it flipped upside down and the girl working the ride DID NOT seem to care.

  • cool.. me gusta

  • cool!

  • Those are some nice looking mannequins.

  • and i never did the thumbs up.

  • Sheikra is my fave! haha

  • Anthropology is my favorite store, but I have never actually BOUGHT anything from it, because its so damn expensive.

  • @KFC "I worked there for a long time ... like 7 months"

At that age it must seem like forever lol

  • I worked Impact at Hollister for about a year. I bet you were a fun team leader!

  • "I'm having a craving for the pretzels" LOL I love it!

  • Damn, you are really good at decorating the window displays. That is really cool

  • Awesome window displays!

  • lol i'vebeen in line and seen people do the dumb thumbs up thing. yea annyoing even if you don't work at a park. :-)

  • after years in customer service, my theory is that most people simply don't have brains. period.

  • FAREWELL?! i am unfamiliar with this nonsense that is not "byee"

  • Nice to see some of your artistic work and creations. Love You Stevie!!!

  • Stevie, i though you said you didnt talk to anybody and that you didnt have any friends in high school??

  • the friends i had didn't go to my high school.

all my friends were girls and i went to an all boy school

  • Steve I'm such a fan!! You're too cute. "I called them and I was like..Listen..." lol

  • Go rest Stevie. You deserve it. Impressive work skills.

  • I understand you stevie. I worked a year and a half in mcdonalds... bahhh

  • I used to be a visual merchandiser too so I feel your pain! though I also know how fun it can be :D

  • Oh Good!! FINALLY....

Someone who can tell us the secret 13 spices! I've always wanted to know that....

The WORLD has wanted to know that. It's like the recipe for Coca~Cola and whether there is cocaine in it after all.

    Spill....

  • i think most people just never bother putting on their brains at all, haha. yesterday when i was working at target's fitting room, a girl wanted to try on some clothes, and i told her, "you can go on in, just bring out what you don't want," and she said, "wait....what?"

  • yum pretzels ;)

  • Our KFC if full of (run by) hispanic people. lol

  • Wow, I wish I had your talent o_o. Awesome windows

  • great job stevie! those windows look awesome!!

  • 1:57 <3

    ...yes...

  • Better satisfy that "craving for the pretzels", Stevie. Cheers!

  • pretzels yum..

window displays ftw! they make such a difference to the buyer's experience.. :)

  • Colorful past, super creative present. You are very talented, Steve! I enjoy your videos.. and you dance so well in the Owl song video! (Hello Seattle).

  • thanks for the pics! beautiful work!

at first i thought the mannequin at 2:52 was a real lady lol

  • Well I don't know anything about window dressing but they looked good to me! I'd go shop there :D

  • what did u say at the end? and sometimes you need... what?

  • A nap and a few beers. Probably not in the order.

  • In *that* order, I meant to say.

  • thanks (:

  • Wow, I worked on many sets and your stuff looks very good, nice design and eye for placement..great to see your shtuff!

  • Great displays! Love the yellow room with the Calder-esque thing. Every time you talk about window displays I start thinking about Rhoda. I think I've commented this before, too...

  • Loved the samples of your work. Great to see.

  • You were a Hollister boy?! Haha!

  • OMG! Cute displays. I HATED doing displays and shieet at Bath and Body Works. Floorsets made me wanna punch innocent children, like seriously. Searching through all the marketing for the correct piece was frustrating as fuuck. 7:30 PM - 3:30 AM.. horrible shifts.

  • YEAH EVERYDAY!!

  • thanks for showing us examples of your work.. that sounds like an amazing job. i can tell that it isn't as easy as it looks. are you happy with the pay? what do you plan on doing after windows?

  • Farewell....I like it.

  • Ahaa! I went on that ride two years ago... I almost died at the top I swear.

  • you had your eyebrow pierced? PRECIOUS

  • wow, those were amazing :D

  • "I worked there for pretty long, it was like 7 months" you gotta be f'in kidding me! ;-) (Good thing you're not female, pregnancy would seem like a f'n lifetime!)

  • i think 7 months is long for kfc!

  • Your windows are GAWGOUS!

  • When I worked at Cedar Point every day 1000 people would ask me where roller coasters that didn't exist were. "Where's the Millennium Dragster?" "How do I get to the Chaos Drop?" And we had to wave at the train if we were near it, and people always flipped me off. It was horrid job.

  • Ok you're adorable when you're tired! Good work on the windows too!

  • Stevie, I worked at Disney World and I definitely know what you mean about stupid guests! Ahhh!

  • When you do your displays do you have a lot of free reign or do you have strict guidelines you have to follow? I've never known anyone doing this job before, it sounds sweet! Everything looks really impressive! :)

  • Farewell lol

  • love ya. ill take some fried chicken! but im vegetarian. OH NO! tofu... :) FIERCE

  • I miss you working at Fossil and me at Steve Madden. Those were the good old days at International Plaza. Especially since the day I met you, you were crawling around on the couch like a cat and asking me if you should get photoshop or a movie editing program. Haha

  • Your windows and dressings are true *art*, Stevie. Can't tell you how impressed I am.

  • at anthropology there were these 2 fake wire thingy sheep and i positioned them to make them have animal sex and then i left. that my friend is how mature i am. but its only funny at stores like anthro where stuffy adults shop at. =D =D =D

  • you sure have had a ton of jobs. did you mean to have that many or was it incidental?

  • Nice pics but...WTF? NO trademark Stevie bye?! What is this world coming too? You must be tired. Get some rest champ. :)

  • KFC is horrible! They torture the chickens they use for their meat. Please don't eat there.

  • i don't eat there i am a vegetarian

  • Those displays are gorgus!

  • It makes me mad that you worked at BG and I never saw you...

  • WOW you are are very good window dresser. U can dress me anytime baby

  • I gotta say, the grossest thing I have ever witnessed at a KFC, is two fatties sharing a drumstick. Which, as you can imagine, is pretty fricken disgusting cuz of all the squrtiness and grease on the chicken. But it's not as much disgusting as it was hilarious to watch lol

  • I looove your windows!!! I love your use of graphics.... You're a talented guy!!

  • Doing window displays seems like a dream job to me. Creative Explosion! Factoid: Every time I walk by a display I think of you :D

  • what you do now sounded like fun.. btw i was wondering what major were you in during college? and how do you find these kinda of jobs?

  • merchandising!

i find jobs on the retailers website

  • Dude, if you work at Hollister you like sell your soul, I lost 3 years of my life.

  • I think about that movie called Mannequin with Andrew McCarthy. I could picture you running around back stage with a mannequin that talks to you... ha ha ha ... We have a store here called Ogilvy that has some stupendous windows especially at Christmas. You have the gift too. thanks for the photos of your work.

  • LOL. You worked on SheiKra?! I worked on SheiKra too. I lasted a bit more than a month though XD I started working there, towards the beginning, when it first opened. I went to ride it last year for Howl-O-Scream. I only saw one guy I used to work with.

  • wow i interned at Urban it was pretty cool we did A LOT of Anthro stuff, i love their style!!!

  • thought you would love to know, because I know I would be. If you go to google & type in "shiny toy guns burnin for you" Your on the first page. The Bottom, but still the first page.

p.s. I would appreciate it, if we could see a special guest star.... like.... the wheel of gays! A one time return proformance!

  • but... but... I always thumbs-up the amusement park people because they seem so miserable in their jobs, and I want them to know I'm at least acknowledging their existence.... I also follow along with the card in the seat pocket in front of me when the flight attendants do the safety demo so they will know someone is paying attention to them.

  • Working in retail has its ups and downs. I never knew there were so many stupid, crazy, smelly, loud, rude, annoying, etc people in world until I started working in retail (major grocery chain). However, there are a lot of good people out there too :)

  • Ah, I've been waiting for this all day.

  • lol i used to work at sesame place (children's water park) AND IT WAS HELL. people kill themselves on the inside before entering the gates, and then take their regrets out on you... the innocent one. UGH

  • omg a nap and some beers are totally the perfect cure to any long day... i absolutely agree :) your window displays are beautiful. i really liked the last one in particular

  • I love how you say "the pretzels". Not pretzels. THE pretzels.

    FTW.

  • I would def. work at Fossil just for the discount

  • i'm glad you ditched sheikra! haha

i don't miss the tourists in florida...

  • I worked at IKEA for a year and my exact sentiment is that people just left their brains at home when they came to IKEA. I couldn't deal with it so finally I just quit. I wanted to do a year and I did EXACTLY a year to the date. It sucked.

  • looking forward to this video all day!

    can't wait for joe's tomorrow(:

  • You're so amazing. <3

    :D
