best pantheon gear is. beserker greaves. phantom dancer. infinity edge and 3 bloodthirsters. You will own so hard. trust me rofl. Your spear hits 1k + and your e just hits 250 each time and it isn't even fair one stun and an e and you kill tanks.

I know the man-leap is hard to time, but learning to lead your targets a little more helps. If you know the path they're taking, you can really lead a ways, and if they're running from your teammates, force them to choose between stepping into your leap, or running back into your team.
