Critical path and non critical activities run at same time?for example in Construction project the construction of Critical path and non critical activities will be constructed same time or first need to complete Critical path activities then start WITH non critical??

@johnverco I thought his English was immaculate, maybe a slight accent but perfectly coherent. This chap probably speaks about 12 languages and his English is better than most English people. Great lecture as well. He Explains things very well that make it easy to understand.

when we are going backwords is that not 60-25 = 35 at node 2? rather than 25 (50-25)

There is two ways like 5-2 and 4-2

For 5-2 the value is 60-25=35

For 4-2 the value is 35-10=25

Since it is backward we have to take the lowest value,

So for the node 2 we assign 25.

I hope it will clarify your doubt.
