To use the German guns in the first round you play what you have to do it pick ur map then select the German wepon u want. Then you just hit down 2 times or re enter map u picked. Must be the same 1. Then pick ur gun after it loads map again. German weapons include the awp, scout sinper, sg, mp5, and that's it.

I think the problem with the gun is that if you don't have the cheats up before the server the game won't recognize the gun as an actual gun. So you can shoot but the bullets won't do anything. Whenever I try using weapons that aren't usually available I always load the game turn on cheats and load in again.
