@TheAustinbigg Actually, kids can be taught to learn wayyyy faster than a grade a year like how they do it in the U.S., 1st grade, 2nd grade, etc... But their are soooo many teachers out there that if they incorporated a faster learning system like 1st and 2nd grade in one year ALOT of teachers would lose their jobs which would put them out of work and substantially affect the economy. Kinda sad, huh, considering most Americans cant even understand scientific notation and the metric system!
@TheUnholyPosole More grades=more years of schooling. Grades are seperated because children at different ages learn at much different paces. It's not just the US, it's everywhere that we have seperate grades that are seperated.

Thanks so much! I understood it,,, But I HATE how i cant get a numerical value for those numbers! Like I used the e=mc^2 formula to find out how much energy was in a 2.5 kg weight,,,, I got 2.24688795 × 10^17... But,,, I wanna know the actual number, idc how many zeros or how big it is,,, Can anyone show me how?
@thecapone45 So when you get your number like that, you simply move the decimal to the right 17 places. All of the numbers that aren't actually there will be 0s. 2.24688795 x 10^17 would be 224,688,795,000,000,000 (9 0s, 8 #s)
You move the decimal to the right if the exponent is positive, left if it's negative.
@QuicksilverdotFX Thats funny, because teachers we pay for also write things on the board just the same thus visual i've never heard of single-auditory method math pretty sure its all visual to a certain extent... so yah it isn't common sense its called some teachers that we pay for suck ass and others are good at teaching to a overall general audience, so stfu

seventh graders shouldn't be taught teacher-wise. My teacher made it all seem complicated and impossible. Youtube-wise is easier.
ErikaMegaRose 1 year ago 4
Tell me why we pay teachers to teach us this crap yet they suck at explaining it and a 2 minute youtube video does a better job at it and its free =?
GimpinGamp 1 year ago 17
@GimpinGamp Simple. Auditory learners will learn better from lectures. Visual learners will learn better from Youtube. It's common sense.
