Zack should of made this into a music video as well. He has talent, he could be in it. And as he raps, we see the events unfolding in every scene. I can already picture the doctor giving the mother the bad news of the son's health condition. This music is simply tragic, but very beautiful. It's a refreshing difference from all the other "rap" songs which talk about stupid stuff; sex, money, drugs. This song talks about what many people face every day. Zack did a splendid job.

song gives me chills so bad.. i've been trying to understand the song as to what is going on.. okay so i have: 1st verse - The mom? maybe the song isnt in order and this should actually be the 3rd verse? or could be the girlfriend whom which the son beat up.. The son - can't accept himself for what he did. on the verge of shooting himself in the head. 3rd verse would be the sons mom

@XxEliteStrikerXx Very interesting. This whole time, i've been hearing it as three different stories of separate people each facing their own dilemma.

A girl who has been raped and finds out she is pregnant, a man overwhelmed with life and on the precipice of suicide, and a mother whose son was shot and is expected to be brain dead for the rest of his life.

It's definitely plausible that they are all connected, though.

@GuardianDZA I've been trying to figure it out as well. As elitestriker said, I originally pictured it as the 1st verse being the end of the "timeline" and it then jumps back to tell the story. I was actually thinking about making a music video on that story.Your take on it is very interesting as well though, as the only part I cant seem to make fit is the first male oriented verse.

There are a couple reason why i think that it's about separate people. For one, the way it describes the woman in the first verse makes it seem as if she has been beaten and restrained, which wouldn't make any sense if it was the mother in verse three.

Second, they say that the son's condition is due to an assault, which would be a very strange way to describe a suicide attempt.

That said, i would love to see a music video for this song, no matter how you choose to portray it.
