  • LA SUPERBA!forever... such a beautiful voice

  • Caballé... So lovely...

Puccini... Such a 'sugary music' (the Maestro's words to describe his music). I love this.

Onegin is a master. What a pro!

  • Please: Listen Amarilli Nizza in this aria. She is outstanding, awesome, great. In "Le Villi" I thionk she is the best one. Just listen to her.

Altrimenti i librettisti nn sarebbero serviti a nulla e sarebbero esistite solo sinfonie.

  • Everyone search in utube_____ Montserrat Caballe "Casta diva" Norma Orange 1974_____

You'll be listen THAT PERFORMENS for good....

    I guarantee it !.

  • I Love this WOMAN! The Best Soprano ever! The best pianos, the best fortees, the best crescendos and diminuendos ever, beautiful, rare, pure and unique voice.. Real Bell Canto !God Bless Montserrat!

  • @sam0xin I LOVE HER TOO! I KNOOOOW!! What a sweetheart!!!

  • Lovely sensuous singing - but goodness she was fat!

  • I don`t think she is forgetting words or text, i think she do that because she prefers to omit some words in order to keep good the level of good color and legato, she prefers to sacrifice some words , she made that a lot times depends of the difficulty of the song check that!!

  • I think it's hilarious how both Scotto and Caballe forget the words in this piece. There's something about it... the text is tricky for some reason. Puccini was young, what can I say. They are still both singing goddesses.

  • MONTSERRAT CABALLE = Perfection + Living Legend. Love You and Your Casta Diva...

  • He is probably a blind violin player...

  • WHAT is that violinist using sun glasses behind her??? ahauihaiuahaiu

    Very funny guy

  • LE CID - JULES MASSENET by Caballé in Barcelona 1988

    Do you have?

  • The problem is not Caballe, but the awful conducting of the orchestra.

  • If you think that the conductor defines the tempo here you are under a gross delusion. The prima does it according to her conditions. And Sra Caballe is a bit short of resources here: she doesn't pronounce entire phrases and slurs over some difficult passages.

  • She has a wonderful voice but it's too big for this 'light touch' aria.

  • I don't know any Puccini's pieces that could be possibly called "light touch". It depends on the treatment.

  • She is good here but I have a better recording and I'm planning to upload it soon.

  • Stunning as usual .
