  • I'm doing 3 x 30 reps per side. I like it and it's a different kind of muscle than I had when I went to the gym, it's smaller but much harder!

  • i feel like this workot doesnt do anytging and is it true that doing sqats 2 tone your butt and thighs make your thighs bigger if you dont have:faty thighs:cus running really bores me

  • How many reps? How many lifts to a rep?
