Cheesy potatos are delicious, whether it's cheese fries, potatoes au gratin, baked potatoes, potato cheese soup, etc, but to eat them THAT often? wtf?! that's just nasty and unhealthy. I'm not an expert but I think some of these phobias grow because they are nurtured. My younger sister had an addiction to tomato pasta and fish fingers for ages; it was all she would eat. My parents basically didn't put up with it and put other food in front of her telling her it was all she would get. At first she showed a lot of resistance but in the end she learnt and started enjoying other foods. Had my parents caved in to her silly demands she would probably be a fishy pasta mess.
