Overly made-up. She doesn't need that much.

The song seems to be about exchanging the experience of the genders, but "RUTH" (the archetypical female convert to Judaism) suggests that what it is really about is a proposed Divine Covenant of Replacement Theology, where non-Jews get to ascend the Temple Mount in place of the Children of Israel.
