@123435454646453434 i checked canada's winter temperatures 0*C down to -6*Celsius is nothing to brag about. Norway Last year -13 at the warmest down to -28celsius and i sat there in shorts and sandals cuz im used to it being colder and cuz i got a bit too high metabolism

CRX style in a 2 door blazer, 200amp alt . just being honest, i doubt yours is louder, or hits the lows like mine does.
if u can figure a way to get the back seats out u will gain a lot of dbs...i have 98 nissan maxima and im about 9 db louder with the seats down, hittin upper 130s with the seats up, mid to upper 140s with the seats down

you my friend are the idiot. cold weather stiffens the suspension of the sub.yeah you can play the subs as loud as you want but dont expect them to last long bumping in cold weather.Do some research.Take for example the Audioque hdc 12 subwoofer,the suspension comes from the factory stiff. The owner of audioque,dj,specifically says to not play the subs loud for the first few weeks to loosen up the suspension.Just look at one of exocontraltos vids.he talks about subs in cold weather
yes the whole kicker lineup has been redesigned. In the future I want to upgrade to a couple of cvx's ran off of a kicker zx 1500.1. i just dont have the money or electrical for it right now.

i have 2 cvt12 kicker in my 97 dodge dakota single cab with a ssl 1400 watt amp 2ohm load 700rms total and a 2cap. people told me this subs want hit, they move my front windshield. check out my vids and comment about them.

the audique is a great bargain for the performance. audioque is pretty much the same company as dd audio since the owner of audioque is the father of the owner of dd audio. so you know your gonna get great reliability as well as performance. The amp still hasnt gotten hot on me. I think you would be pleased with an upgrade from the hifonics. I hear alot of hifonics amps overrating their products by a couple hundred watts
Hifonics do overrate their amps. The bxi was originally for a pair of cvrs thats why I wanted to upgrade once I got the classics. Do you know any place that sells audioque other than the actual audioque website?
I only know of the actual audioque website. You might find used models on ebay but only brand new on the website. They are relatively inexpensive for the wattage they produce. I paid 250 dollars I believe for an amp that puts out 1200 watts. The kicker zx1000 costs over 300.
these subs are awsome. i have the same ones myself... its funny how when they are filmed they sound nothing like they do when you are there. they hit so freaking low cameras cant really pick them up. what did you have before... and how much more satisfied are you now? and what plans (if any) do you have for the electrical system? when my bass hits it sucks the juice out of my high range amp lol
You are absolutely right. The camera cant pick up the lows from the subs. The vid doesnt do the subs any justice. I had type r's before running off an mrp 1000 in a ported box. The alpines were loud but the kickers top them in my opinion. As for the electrical system the amp does pull some juice at one ohm and I experience some dimming, my voltage doesn't drop below 11.5-12 volts. I could probably upgrade to a deep cycle battery.
