I've known this song when I was abaout nine, and I knew the full lyrics, but I didn't know the title, or that Paloma sang that (I knew about her, because of the "do you want the truth or something beautiful", because I heard both in the radio), but this was my favourite <3 I changed a lot, but I still love this, and I was glad, and surprised when I heard it in the radio again, and found out that this is she :) one of bests <3 (sorry for my bad english, I'm hungarian)

By my statement, I meant that her dress was inspired by a lot of different ideas. It has a vintage (40s) feel from the large hemline and itty-bitty waist, the large scoop back is something that was stylistically done in the 1990s and 2000s, and the material is likely a modern addition, as it reminds me of The Jetsons :) I hope this helps you understand what my comment meant!
