  • this is AWESOME!

  • if its hardening to fast place it on a stand and place a candle or two underneath it =)

  • omg! you guys are husband-and-wife??!! she looks really young!! whats her secret?? lol.. anyway.. i just wanted to ask if i can used melted chocolate bars.. for example.. hersheys.. is that possible?? please answer♥♥♥

  • Thanks! And I don't know what her secret is, she'd just not sharing that one. :)

As for the chocolate, I guess you could melt down plain chocolate bars, but we've never tried that. Just be careful that you melt it on a low heat not to burn the chocolate. We usually kept a bowl on a griddle so the heat was even but low.

  • it works!! but i have 1 last question.. my batch of melted chocolate hardened really fast even tho it wasnt in the fridge.. does it really harden that fast??

    ♥♥♥

  • It would stiffen, but it shouldn't get hard. But I never tried it with chocolate bars, so it may do that for you.

  • It's the shortest sarcastic comeback I could think of.... um, Yo. :)

  • what i usually do is melt a whole bag of chocolate chips and then i make it into a blob and eat it. And im actually thin and not fat

  • what kind of filling u can put to ur chocolate ?

  • Dried cranberries, instant frosting, nuts, sweetened peanut butter, candied cherries to name a few.

  • can we make just plain milk chcolate and can i just buy hersheys chcolate and melt that AND does it have to be a plastic mold? thanks

  • If by Hershey's you mean chocolate bars, I don't know. You may have better luck with sweetened baker's chocolate. It doesn't have to be a plastic mold, but we found it easier since you can pop it out of the mold with a little bit of bending.

  • i noticed at the starting of the vid it said melt down ur chocolate did u use store bought chocolate or home made.reply me if u get this or anybody who might know ok bye

  • We used chocolate waffers, sort of like what you would use for a chocolate fondue, except with less oil since you don't want it too thin.

  • omg iv seen this video so many times and i still cant get over how pro this girl is! She is so cool!!! im gonna try this for valentines day one day if i find someone. xD

  • Well I hope it works for you. I find chocolate gets things going. :)

  • Those look just like fancy chocolates from a chocolate shops!

  • The best are the home made turtles and peanut butter cups. Wow, I could go for some right now. :)

  • omg... those chocolate look so pro...

  • Thank you. It was mostly my wife's handy work. I just did some of the trimming and filling. She's got the skills. :)

  • hey i loved the vid! ummm i noticed how u handled the chocolates w towels and napkins etc... well i saw the other day on a food network show called good eats that if u wore latex gloves it wont melt the chocolates as fast..and would be quite easier to handle the chocolates when packaging them! i havn't tried it myself.. cuz i don't deal w chocolate much... im terrible at it lol.... but i hope it helps!!!!!!!

  • Thanks for the tip. We did wear laytex gloves later on (I don't think it was captured in the filming) and it does work wonders.

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm the way to my heart!!!

  • what were exactly the fillings? ...something white and fluffy and something red...a cherry slice perhaps?

  • yay go dans thumb you no hes guna be a big star 1 day good work

  • hmm how long did u freeze the choco?

if possible pls replay asap cuz am making it for tmr's big day now..n it just wont solidify.

  • Hope I'm not too late in replying -- we froze the chocolate for 20 minutes at a time. But that could vary according to what you've filled it with, or how thick the chocolate is.

  • That was awesome.

  • wo thanks!

  • fuck you lame ass cracker

  • now now, Disfik deserves our pity, not our scorn
