  • You can prep this ahead of time if you need to, however it will turn out better if you do it day of, just before you bake it. As for the wooden spoon, it is not essential but tends to be easier on your ingredients which why I prefer it. Thanks for dropping in!

  • Wow, never heard of this, reminds me of gratin? Could you prep all this together and leave it in the refridgerator over night, then cook it in the oven right before serving? Just wondering if having the mornay sauce would change in the fridge? Is there a reason why you use a wooden spoon? thanks for sharing!
