Wow, never heard of this, reminds me of gratin? Could you prep all this together and leave it in the refridgerator over night, then cook it in the oven right before serving? Just wondering if having the mornay sauce would change in the fridge? Is there a reason why you use a wooden spoon? thanks for sharing!
