  • weird . my mother used to cheat on my father, ridicule us CONSTANTLY for NO reason, and savagely beat me in the early years of my puberty (when i was developing my sexuality.) Weird... when i was young i sort of had recenment towards women and couldnt trust them, sort of suck control in my relationships.. WEIRD , I REALIZED I WAS ACTING IMMATURE AND STOPPED EVER BEING CONTROLLING OR ABUSIZE TOWARDS WOMEN, NEVER PHYSICALLY HURT A WOMEN, AND AM SICKENED BY THE THOUGHT. Ted Bundys pathetic. period.

  • I wish ted was still alive. So he could be let loose in hollywood and kill all those skanks who're famous for being famous.

  • @Decimate92 lol like the kardashians and paris hilton right? right with you..

  • @Bebe2020Mega And also the girls from jersey shore, telia tequila, and niki minaj.

  • Kinda sounds like the story of Lord Voldemort. lol

  • Whats with constantly showing the mask?

  • @Diamhea It's a metaphor for him putting on a new personality.

  • I loled so hard at the 3:53 face

  • I love this man. I hope to be better than he was, and carry on the legacy, FUCK BITCHES THEY ALL LIE

  • Role Model.

  • @RealLifeOmen

    -_-

  • @askjiir problem?

  • @RealLifeOmen

    You.

  • My sister pulled the same shit on me !! But she's not my mom. Just a bitch.

  • His mother was treated with electroshock therapy and his father was a known violent man. He himself ended up in the electric chair for violent crimes... Strange cioncidence?

  • Mother was an idiot.

  • I say she told him that he was his sister cuz I think he was like a little brother to her than a son!

  • @whatsgoingonthen your telling me

  • @Scrumdidilyumpchious as I pointed out in my previous response, you are irrefutably without a doubt just straight wrong. Please don't come on youtube presenting things as facts when you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

  • They should have tortured him for years with a blow torch and angle grinder, starved cold, chained to the wall, and his balls cut off, death by electricution is far too good for him.

  • @Scrumdidilyumpchious First you made a broad statement about SKs, now you're saying "sexual SKs". Jack didn't rape his victims. Do you think the mutilation made them sexual crimes? He certainly wasn't the first to do that. A decade before Jack got busy Vincenzo Verzeni was making a mess in Italy. Amelia Dyer (of Victorian England) is suspected of having killed over 400 children. A little over 100 years before Jack, Darya Saltykova killed over 130 in Russia.

  • @thestriga Don't forget Gilles de Rais, who served with joan of Arc, who raped and murdered between 140 and 800 young boys. And Elizabeth Bathory who who tortured and killed between 80 and 650 young girls. Both in the 15th century. Absolutely not a modern phenomenon. Just back then it took these massive numbers in order for attention to be brought to it.

  • @Scrumdidilyumpchious Not entirely accurate. SKs are not a modern phenomenon. We are simply more aware of the situation. Technology has made it easier to connect crimes, and the media has spread info faster. Check out: Elizabeth Bathory, The Harpe Bros., Jane Toppan, Thug Behram, Peter Stump, Mary Ann Cotton, Henry Howard Holmes. The list goes on and on. While it is true that many SKs had horrific childhoods, there's more to it than that. Plenty live through worse without turning to killing.

  • Biographies are trying hard to elicit sympathy for this man. I've known people who have had way worse childhoods and don't go run around killing people.

Before he had even figured out the truth about his childhood, he was stealing and hurting people. I wish this sympathy for serial killers would stop. Our society need to quit giving these people attention.

  • @Lisaannjoel The sympathy we, or at least I, feel for serial killers is one I would feel for a deranged dog: sorry for its condition and its past, but knowing that it needs to be put down.

  • @Lisaannjoel Well it boils down to how they cope with what has happened to them, also the one thing i will say is killing a serial killer makes the people no better than the people they want to forget.

  • theres a rumour that bundy commited his first murder when he was only 14. is this real ? and why did he think his mother was his sister, who was the real father

  • @Gencturk92

You mean Ann Marie Burr, an 8-year old who vanished in 1961. Ted was the family's paper boy. The book "Ted and Ann", it presents a very strong circumstantial case that he was in fact, her killer.

  • @CamilleNadia yeah the Ann Marie Burr case is interesting, Bundy claimed he had anything to do with her, if he did he would have confessed. another mystery claims that Bundy could have had contact with john wayne gacy and jeffrey dahmer, but i believe its just made up. who was bundy's father, did anyone ?

  • @Gencturk92

He thought his mother was his sister because she got pregnant out of wedlock, a major taboo in those days. So he initially passed off as a the result of a late-in-life pregnancy of his grandmother's, something often done in those days to avoid scandal. His father is unknown. There are so many stories, even that he's the result of incest between his mother and her father.

  • @Lisaannjoel It really does matter what you do around your children even if most kids don't turn into murderers having any sort of domestic violence can interfere with the upbringing of your children especially that why its important to keep the Lord in it if anything they need to bring things like this to peoples attention especially with the way children are today after all the children are our future.

  • @Lisaannjoel All humans deserve some sympathy and forgiveness, the fact we don't give it is the reason why people like Ted Bundy go around being people like Ted Bundy.

If you only give hate, you'll only get hate.

  • @Lisaannjoel I had a MUCH worse childhood than Bundy did, and I don't go around killing people. The real reason why people like him do these things is because these people are Sick and don't want to be helped.

  • @Lisaannjoel serial killers get a lot less attention nowadays, unless they do something thats really out of the ordinary or kill a whole lot of people

  • @Lisaannjoel It's not trying to elicit sympathy for him now, but for the child he was. A child does not deserve any form of mistreatment. He wasn't a serial killer when he was a child. They also give this information to show the reasoning WHY these killers do what they do. It's to understand their motives and inner reasoning, not for sympathy.

  • @shelbyxslaughter no. he was selfish. to understnad it, this story has been disputed. its been heavily disputed that he called his mother his sister for many years. most of this is all to try to help us understand him. he himself, described his up bringing, as happy and calm. i think ted was turned on by harming women, and thought only of himself, and acted selfishly, he was way to stupid, way to FUCKIN stupid to control himself.

  • @Boomsmackme Do you think he was born this way? Nature or nurture... that is the question.

  • @kensworth39 possibly it was because of some of his experienced with women, however he made the decision. there is no excuse. i had many harsh experienced but i choose not to. I sometimes have watched violent porn (porn thats on a link to a normal video, ted would have had to SEEK OUT violent porn in his time no accidental viewing.) and it might turn me on but i wouldnt want to hurt an innocent human being for my own pleasure. i think this man was intensly selfish (he was a republican...)

  • @Boomsmackme I personally believed that your personality is formed early and that you can't change the essence of who you are (An overly-stubborn teenager will still be stubborn in their 80's... however you can change what you are stubborn about).

I agree that he has no excuse. I believe in nurture over nature though. Nature implies "fate" which also implies no choice. Nurture on the other hand involves a small degree of "fate". You can't say that his childhood had no affect.

  • @Boomsmackme People react differently to different situations. He had a vengeful personality, it spawned in his childhood (it did not have any real affect till his first murder though... nevertheless he still aquired it in his childhood).

Also, with his childhood, he learned mistrust, lack of value for human life, and many other traits that contributed. Yes he chose his path, he could have resolved to "show up" the world and be a good person, but he is the product of his enviorment

  • @Lisaannjoel the question is not if his life was worse, no one had the same childhood as he did.

Our personality is a product of our worldview, built in our subconscious ever since birth. Some people's worldviews cause them to respond to trauma with violence, other people use trauma as a motivator to do better in life.

EVERY incident in a childs first 10 years of life forms and defines him. After that, you don't change. That is why teenagers are independent and vices remain 4ever

  • @Lisaannjoel well the biography just says what happened in his life... everyone makes what they want of what they hear...but i agree that people need to stop making up excuses for them. a bad childhood is no excuse for killing people

  • @Scrumdidilyumpchious

There were serial killers before porn. Why does anyone believe a sociopath's reason for behavior when it's well known that they lie and blame anything and anyone but themselves.

  • The more they are killing the killers the unlikely-is thing is that they will never know how to stop serial killers!

  • @gayproud1

They are also compulsive liars. It's hereditary. He most likely got it from his father.

  • @gayproud1 do you realize that mad people will exist forever and have forever existed? what the death penality have to do with crazy nutjobs going apeshit on innocent people? Nothing.

  • @gayproud1 oh shut up you dumb faggot!!! most serial killers were gay!! Dahmer, kraft, cunanen, GACY etc etc etc

  • @karmalevel fuck off u straight fucking fag!

  • Why do they think he was handsome? He looks like a freak!

  • @brajames1 look closely and you'll figure it out.

  • @brajames1 because he is.

Maybe youre just a mean douchebag whose parents didnt teach respect to

  • Thanks for uploading.

  • its got nothing to do with revenge on women or anyshit like that. like they said .. it started when he was three, obviously this man was born with it.

  • Is that why Ted was only killing girls? Because his whole life was filled with lies from his mother and that girls a waste of time and just use u for things and all that.

if that's not it then what other explaination is there behind Ted's murderous rage?

by the way i mean no offence by saying that to anyone

  • social isolation is dangerous it makes you hate an no pills, zaps, psyche can fix it

  • It'd have been different if he had just killed maybe a couple women in the heat of passion. But his acts were premeditated. He knew what he was doing, and what he wanted to do. Killing 30+ (who knows how many really) women definitely constitutes having your own life taken.

  • wow i kinda understand the poor guy...after being dumped by a bitch and lied to by a mother....but yeah he should have gotten help or something..i mean, murder is NOT the answer..

  • @safarigurl150 that was so "MURDER IS NOT THE ANSWER, THINK OF THE CHILDREN!!!!"

That aside you seem to completely misunderstand the concept of a psychopathy or anti social personality disorder as it's called officially. Individuals with that personality disorder cannot receive treatment or help and may be a danger to society in severe cases such as this.

  • @NovusOrdo2012 You have to be really arrogant to think that! It's all psychological! HE grew up with problems that affected him horribly, and he reacted different then a lot of people. He's a killer, but it's not his fault. it's called parents...

  • @MikeyXLarge thats just stupid, the ignorant society can turn everyone in a killer, if hes / shes not tough enough, to put EVERYTHING on the parents, is plain stupid

  • @WikkitJuggalo Parents form a childs mind! some is psychological too! , which I said dumbass!

  • @MikeyXLarge you wanna offend me ? boring.........why hating, instead of talking ? do what cha wanna do man

  • People who blame their childhood for acting out, need to keep their emotions in check.

"I act out because my life wasn't all that good".

So fucking what? suck it up.

  • If Ted killed Ann Marie then how did he kill her and how did he get her by coming from the window?

  • They always forget to mention he was born without a frontal lobe, which means he couldn't feel remorse. So, he considered other people's lives as "things" And just thought he broke a toy when he killed someone. He was a bad guy, but he wasn't by any means driven by his childhood.

  • @KiraShake Where is the source for that information? I believe it, most psychopaths have faults in their frontal lobe. It's just I can't find a mention of it on the internet.

  • @summercool3 I remember I read it somewhere on google when you google "Serial killer secrets" or something like that.

  • @KiraShake wrong!! Ted's cat scan showed his frontal lobe! stop with this nature vs nurture

  • @karmalevel hereditary vs enviroment is one of the fundamental questions of psychology and when it comes to serial killers it cant be ignored.Do we have free will or is everything predetermined by our nature god or some other force. Is the brain purely physichal or is it only the brain that is physichal and mind is not =dualism.Only a closed mind is oblivious to

    these conflicts

  • (cont'd) What is most unusual about Ted Bundy's case, is that it seems that instead of one trigger, there were multiple triggers that kept making his mental illness worse, until the breaking point.

  • With any kind of mental illness or disorder there are two factors that have to be taken into consideration: 1- genetics 2- trigger. Ted Bundy might've had a decent childhood & the things that he had to endure like lint in comparison to what most people have to deal with in life, but it doesn't mean it doesn't have a role to play in what made him a killer. The trigger was there as well as the history of mental illness.

  • The problem wasn't just environmental, it was biological and neurological, so basically he was born a killer, his childhood and the other problems were merely the trigger!

  • @TheMartialWay100 wrong!!!! easy way out

  • "Saw no future in the relationship"

Is Ted Bundy gonna have to choke a bitch :))

  • @PapagenoJuan2 And then some!

  • Evil doesn't need a cape, pitchfork and horns, all it needs is the confidence and charm to kill and absence of a conscience to make it all work.

  • @boxertest caused by lack of bonding in early childhood!!

  • @NovusOrdo2012

Watch the show Most Evil, it states there at 1 out of 100 people has the serial killer mental gene, but less than 1% will go on to be serial killing psychopaths.

  • @NovusOrdo2012

they believe his upbringing could've lead to the murders. But not everyone who comes from a broken home will end up a murderer, not every person who was ever raped or beaten badly by the parents will end up butchering others. But if you have mental problems, your brain isn't 100% normal then there's a good chance these incidents and events will cause problems in the future.

  • So if his first trule love didn't dump him he wouldn't be what he was? As in serial Killer?

  • I still can't believe that Ted's Mother would would betray her own son.

  • Everybody wants to blame everything on their fucking childhood. I had abusive parents and most members in my family suffer from one addiction or mental illness of some sort. There comes a time in life no matter what your childhood that you have to move past it and grow the hell up. Bundy killed because he as an evil asshole not because of his childhood. Blaming childhood experiences is a way of absolving ourselves of Personal responsibility. If true adam and eve are to blame for everything!

  • @ITHEREONETHATHASNT 'he's an evil asshole' zzzzz what a thoughtful, helpful analysis, clearly thinking like that will prevent future atrocities from happening

  • @DREwestcoast I know its a little complex for morons like yourself but the fact remains some people are just evil. Our generation and the one before it abdicates itself of all responsibility by blaming everything on our parents. As a fucking adult and a father I KNOW that is bullshit. Some people are just evil and dont take responsibility for their actions. You are likely one of these useless douchebags! Let me guess you blame mommy and daddy for your shitty job and station in life?

  • @ITHEREONETHATHASNT your bland post doesn't even warrant a decent response, I feel pity over your retarded ass.

  • @DREwestcoast Bitch ass troll get a life!

  • @ITHEREONETHATHASNT get a fucking brain you fucking animal

  • @DREwestcoast How lonely are you that you are starting fights on YT? Go out meet a girl say hello to people. Its a big world out there and your welcome in it. You dont have to sit behind a computer starting fights for human contact loser.

  • @ITHEREONETHATHASNT pew pew pew, you're participating, so what does that make you, loser?

  • God, I love this guy.

  • The human mind is the most complex machine on this planet, I dont understand why people try to generalize human behavoir based what may have happened to them throughout their life, some people are just fucked up.

  • Also, everyone has a sexual orientation, i.e., I'm a heterosexual female. That part of your argument doesn't make sense either.

  • @Scrumdidilyumpchious Serial killers are not a "modern phenomenon," there have been serial killers for hundreds of years. Gilles De Rais in the 1400s, Elizabeth Bathory in the 15- and 1600s, Jack the Ripper in the 1800s, etc. Nothing modern about it, so your theory is completely off. People don't become killers just because they may have hypersexual tendencies, they become killers because somewhere along the line in life, they lost two things that the rest of us have - compassion and guilt.

  • What a fucking freak.

  • @tkotomy You're a freak

  • @tkotomy u got a problem?

  • @vtecivicsib18 what's wrong with you mate.

  • @tkotomy I dont know, that guy ted bundy he is crazy huh?

  • @Scrumdidilyumpchious '

I dont really support porn. But i read a statistic that around 90% of men will stumble across pornography at some point in their life. But that doesnt mean 90% of men become serial killers. He had a very disturbing upbringing, which also could have had a hand in it.

  • he was the way he was because of his mother

  • mother shouldve been excuted for not helpping her son when he was young

  • illegitemate children? ahahaha i'm a legitemate human! what does it matter that i was born out of wedlock!

  • 8:50- 9:08 So this might explain what messed up his mind him finding out what he is and was betrayed badly by his only mother.

  • @DanNZ4 he was already messed up by then. Most people would not become a serial killer over that alone, and evidence suggests he was committing sadistic acts as young as 14 or younger. I don't think 1 factor alone caused this, but there is a lot he kept quiet about that we will never know.

  • @MrNicMachiavelli i realized that now.

  • @TrialBySword sad fact is, some statistics show that about 42% of people who have internet view it. I am no supporter of pornography, but you cannot possibly label it as the cause for serial killings.

The human brain is more complicated than that, and i seriously doubt any of these things are what made him a serial killer. lots of people have much worse childhoods, and turn out infinitely better. sometimes there are just bastards who lack remorse.

  • @NovusOrdo2012 Different thing nowadays. In the 40's that was something to be a shamed of. Times have changed... lucky for us huh?

  • soo its his moms fault for lying to him.

  • @TrialBySword You're are an idiot

  • shouldn't had fried.... should've been studied instead....

  • @51m0n77 he is a sociopath. he would not be trusted

  • @karmalevel Studied in max security prison never to be released.

  • @51m0n77 he would still manipulate

  • @51m0n77 they did, and then they fried him :)

  • @51m0n77 They should have senteanced Ted Bundy to life behind bars instead of frying him in the electric chair. The police could have used him to help solve unsolved murders after all Ted did help catch the Riverman. But instead they fried him and that was a waste of a intelligent mind.

  • @51m0n77 Studied? WTF

  • @ANeonTiger studied neurologically. the more we know about these monsters, the better chance the authorities have either catching them early, thus saving lots of lives....

  • 3:45 "Ability to flaunt authority"? I think he means "flout".

  • "read pornography." nobody reads pornography you moron!

  • 'Read pornography'? Was that really necessary? That isn't exactly abnormal.

  • The only serial killer I feel somewhat sorry for is Dahmer and that's only because he was cooperative, honest, and expressed remorse for his crimes.

  • @NovusOrdo2012: Yes, society loves to pigeonhole people and find excuses that always point the finger away from the culprit and place the blame on everyone else except them of course. Oh it wasn't his fault ~ he was a victim too.. I"m sick of hearing that kind of nonsense.

  • Burn in hell Bundy you will always have company with your liberal friends.

  • The absolute fools that feel bad about this evil bastards execution. Unbelievable how deluded people can be.

  • it's his mother's fault that he turned out the way he did

  • @lordofbaraddur I agree. Jack Nicholson is a famous serial killer.

  • Jack Nicholson was also raised as her mother's brother. As far as I know, in real life he is not a serial killer nor an insane person.

By the way, Ann Rule looks like George Costanza's mother.

  • @felixschwarzbeck1 , so was Bobby Darin, and he never became a criminal. While I don't doubt it's traumatic to find out that your parents aren't who you thought, that's hardly a component for the "cause" of becoming a serial killer.

  • i wish they would stop doing the mask thing, its really creepy, I'm gonna have nightmares... :(

  • He never bonded with his mother or any human being

  • the most horrible thing about this story is that the victims were being good samaratins and to be killed so savagedly and their corpses being raped., and you liberals have compassion for this evil "man"

  • @kfag101: I think you're sadly mistaken, I'm a liberal and I can assure you I have no compassion for that fucker. I'm glad he fried.

  • @celticlofts happy to hear that!

  • WHAT MAKES IT SO SAD IS TED WAS HURT AND THEN ALL THOSE GIRLS ARE GONNA SUFFER FOR THAT!

  • @NovusOrdo2012 YOU ARE RITE. I HAD TO LEARN TO STOPP BLAMMING SOMEONE TOO. JACK NICKELSON THE FAMOUS ACTOR WAS BORN ILLEGITAMATE BUT HE DIDI GOOD. ITS JUST IN THESES KILLERS!

  • @NovusOrdo2012 you are rite! I had to change and stop blamming someone that had made me mad. jack nickilson wwas born and he is good actor not akiller love you for that thought!

  • I don't have a problem flaunting authority...

  • @NovusOrdo2012 ur statement missed th epoint completely

  • I think more to the point is he discovered porn or magazines at local dumpster that showed murder. and got sexually attracted to murder. All serial killers are inadequates. They have a final straw and snap. But he killed before this an 8 year old at 15. I did'nt know that.

  • why do people support & love a serial killer?!?!

he took the lives of innocent young women he didn't even know

i am so damn glad he is dead he got what he deserve ,, if he lived he would of most likely winded up taking more young innocent womens lives !!!!

imagine if it was your mother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin ect... i bet you all that support him would want him dead as well !!!!

  • @slipknotlover89 Ted was very charming and deceptive. That's why he was able to kill so many people.

  • if u look up " the childhoos of a serial killer" ted is interviewd and states " i had a normal childhood, nothing was obsure, and had np problems in the home. he was a normal kid n blah blah. so i guess he was bullshiting the interview so that he could not put ted in a simple catagorie.

  • Geese his mother claimed to have loved him more than any thing else in the world, yet she had a real disregard for teds most immediate family. although mum would do anything for him she would not let go of the fact that she was getting rid of him and his Most closest relatives, for a brand new start at name changing.

  • @Chocolateluvr1987 you have a pretty sweet username.....

  • normal people can't relate to this kind of people, only because their brains functions totally differently, so people's opinions are actually biased, because one can't ''put'' himself in the skin of a psychopath unless you're one

  • @DREwestcoast Yes, but non-psychopathic people can empathise better than psychopaths. But I guess whenever strong emotions come up for us about people being killed, this prevents that to an extent. We are motivated NOT to put ourselves into the skin of psychopaths.

Their brain doesn't function totally differently. So far, the evidence simply indicates an underactivation of the limbic system and a higher arousal threshold, leading to constant stimulation seeking.

  • @Chocolateluvr1987 how about emotions don't have the same connotation as we do, for example, your friend dies, you'll act sad and you'll also feel the sadness(or w.e emotion), yet it appears that psychopaths don't have that gut effect that emotions trigger on us normal folks, so no I don't think you can even empathize with those kind of people

  • @DREwestcoast exactly, due to severe abuse and terror in early childhood, the soul closes off unable to feel anything to protect the child from unbearable pain

  • @kfag101 I guess it's something like that.. crazy how we want so bad to understand it, but yet can't, jsut because we're not them

  • @DREwestcoast yeah and the sad thing is most of us do not remember anything from our first 4 yrs

  • @kfag101 A significant number of offenders have NOT experienced abuse or neglect in childhood. In Ted Bundy's case, we have evidence of dishonesty about his childhood and disruptions around that as well as secrecy and potentially some family dysfunction around that, but no evidence of "severe abuse and terror". Explaining it away like this is simplistic.

  • @Chocolateluvr1987 he made the choice to kill!

  • @kfag101 Yes, he did and it's right that he (eventually) carried the consequences of that. Unfortunately, since he was a psychopath, those consequences wouldn't teach him anything as psychopaths are extremely bad at learning from experience. They are cognitively underaroused and constantly seek new stimulation, and also lack the fear response to learn from aversive consequences. He made the choice, but he made it from the perspective of someone who can't empathise with others.

  • @kfag101 That's one theory, but there is also evidence that hereditary factors do come into it. Psychopathy is very much a physical /neurological disorder, although there is that question of cause and effect...of course, very early experiences during your first few years of life affect synaptic development. It's not an "either...or" question of biology versus environment. The two interact. But in this case, there was no evidence for severe abuse in Ted Bundy's childhood.

  • OK 3:54

Does that clown on the wallpaper resemble John Wayne Gacy's "Pogo The Clown" make up or is just me? Creepy!

  • @bunnytracks just yourself

  • @bunnytracks Oh man it does!

  • Comment removed

  • Wow. If your kid/nephew surrounds you with knives while you are sleeping, knives that are pointing at you, THAT IS NOT NORMAL. Definitely a cause for concern.

  • @Chocolateluvr1987 YEPPERS

  • @Chocolateluvr1987 I guess I agree, but try to put yourself into the skin of a mother.. they'll rationalize to nearly any extent rather than see the wrong

  • @Chocolateluvr1987 ya think?

  • @Chocolateluvr1987 I do not believe that story to be true.. i think the family made that story up to avoid any kind of blame being put on them by other people.. there must be alot of angry people who would probably like to kill them to take revenge on ted
