Ha. I remember first seeing this movie. I'm from Oklahoma, and tornadoes are a pretty normal part of life around here, so I couldn't help but chuckle at some of the more ridiculous moments in the movie (hiding under bridges just makes things WORSE, people! The wind goes twice as fast in enclosed spaces!!!)

But it was fun, and I enjoy the portrayal of Okies as storm-obsessed thrill-seeking nutjobs. :D

Ok. I wanted to comment about this movie because I was able to see Greensburg " the town", a half hour after the fact. Liveing so close, it was an easy drive. Pitch black. could not see nothing but police car lights. So, to see it as if it were if daylight was great.

if u went to universal studieo's and went on this ride called twister, they would show u deleted scences and when you go on the ride you see pitch black then a tree splits in half by lightning then u see a man-made twister then a truck hits the gas tank and causes fire to come up then u see a flying cow <<<wtf? then u see the gray tank flyin around and then the tornado stops its SOOOO fun you should go there im giving u advice :D
