Rite of Freedom was the best cash cow in the game. 5 villages worth of loot, plus infinite time afterward to spend skilling up and arena fighting.

What about the other villages? Why didn't you free them too? More treasure for you that way. Also, you didn't warn the guard of Kokeeno's death, I always make a point to do that.

1.Install game on a external hard drive on another PC with another OS

2.Copy installed game folder to main PC

3.Randomly install various patches

4.Set compatibility to W95

5.Enjoy :D

I think you'll be able to enjoy quest for glory 5, without playing the previous 4 games, there is a summary of what happened in qfg 1-4 in the game manual. You could also watch some playthroughs/walkthroughs of the games here on youtube :)

i played 5 first.. then 4 then remake of 1 but never played 2 and barely done 3

@v1ryus the music was truly a masterpiece . they rele went great with the game. i get nostalgic everytime i hear it . they games themselves were awesome. i wish corey and lori would make a part 6. i would soooo love them for it :)

it's a shame the makers missed full mouse controlled combat, so many people I see play are too accustomed to point and click that they only hack at enemies one by one, taking a brunt of damage. Of course, Marite is known to be a cornucopia of health stimulants, so you can get away with it.

I personally love combat in QfG5 (though there should be more puzzles), but only after I mastered the keyboard controls to parry and dodge before I'm backstabed. It's far from perfect, but tis rewarding fun.
