I think you miss labeled the "Frog" .. I didn't know the tip of the shear was called anything.
Part #12 on page 6 of this brinly plow owners manual.

On most a-frames the center link is moved to the right and isn't evenly spaces above the lower three point arms until the tractor wheels are in the furrow. I think when I watch the 2nd video I'll see that your top link will be to the left
