Over a million dead Iraqis and hundreds of thousands displaced, while Haliburton and the large oil companies line their coffers. Why didn't the US invade Saudi Arabia? Without the removal of Saddam Husein and his murderous regime this politician would not be able to voice his opposition in Iraq without having to fear for his life. Fact. So it seems that the seed of democracy has been planted. Fact. Are the -good willing- Iraqis able / strong enough to counter the violence, destruction and destabilizing influence of non democratic forces in Iraq? No. Fact.
