Go to the one balcony near the Jazz club and climp up the vines.(stay close to the wall as you can and look up just a little bit) Awesome spot and no magical spitter goo and glitches out the tanks when they come up and raling provides protection when the tank throws rubble at you. Best time on the spot 35 min. :) Vote up so everybody knows...
