That's right people, Barr's name is not on the "We Agree" pledge posted on Paul's campaign for liberty website.

Barr is a snake and an opportunist and has ambitions on having us choose between the lesser of three evils.

You need to do some more research on Bob Barr in particular and sleeze bags in general.

I've had negative feelings toward Barr since he decided to run for President back in March or so. This is because of his record. But he says he changed is what the libertarians were telling me; give him a chance.

This may be true but talk is cheap. Obama talks too and is better at it than Barr I must say. Actions are what count and Barr has not built any merit points, and his actions are questionable.

First of all, go to part 6 and you'll see for yourself that Barr agrees with all the points, Nader himself says it. Second of all, you're questioning the motives of somebody who changed viewpoints from those of a major political party to a 3rd party, what does he have to gain from this other than fewer votes? Which is no gain at all. Thirdly, if talk is cheap but Obama is better, doesn't that make Obama cheaper? And IF you like him more because of this doesn't that make YOU cheap?

2) More name recognition for the fish in a smaller pond. He could also be a republican in sheep's clothing but that's an aside

3) The point was that Obama is all mouth. I was using the same analogy for Barr. He speaks libertarian but has no libertarian works to his credit.

Why didn't he ask Paul to take his place? Barr and Root are playing strategy to win at the expense of principles unfortunately (just as the Republicrats do). Ron Paul forming this group is revolutionary and true revolution combats evil first, then political differences second. We're at a point where outright evil is taking place and we have to unite as brothers to have a country first. We can debate about running the country once we have it. The educated libertarians need to realize that.

For the record we were talking about recently, as in a few days ago, not months ago. I'm well aware of Paul supposedly encouraging Paul to run. And yes I know the LP offered the nomination to Paul months ago. This is no secret.

Again don't take my words out of context and quit spamming for Barr. If you want to talk about Barr, then please enlighten the rest of us as to some of his legislative accomplishments. Let's put Barr to the Obama experience test and see how he fares.
