Excellent taste, excellent playing and a damn beautiful girl to boot. You could be The Next Big Thing along the lines of Meytal Cohen - just try to avoid that whiff of media whore fakery, doing things in loads of takes, editing out mistakes etc. Come to think of it, though, you and she'd make an awesome rhythm section to an all-girl band...

From what I know WMG and a lot of big names have an auto-detect system that translates audio to compared artists. Maybe you were just too close ;)

@rualameass there is software in place to recognize and disable copyrighted content here. Short of listening to the music through earbuds and only recording your bass bits here I'm at a loss. You may want to check your account status for copyright strikes before they delete your account too. I did see you were successful uploading this to your other social network site, killer by the way, so maybe that's the (for now) safe alternative?

@rualameass Only thing I can suggest is to use backing tracks from guitarbacking track .com. I'm not sure what you're covering here but you might find it on that site. I've not had any problems posting those tracks. :)
