This gap is weird. Sometimes you'll have just do grind that balcony, sometimes lip it or sometmies just grab it, like I did. Try with grinds and lips

This gap is registering ONLY in Career Mode, so don't even try in Free Skate

Because, getting down the koala's head IS NOT a gap. It only crushes the lamp post. Homemade handrail registers if you'll jump grinding the stairs to grind that crushed lamp post. Watch closely AFTER cutscene with koala

I think, that movie shows everything U need to do this gap, but ok. I'll try to help:

U can do this gap only in Carrer Mode. First grind the crane with Aborigen to free the concrete head, that destroy level a bit (highlight too). Now to get this gap U need to grind the stairs and jump to grind on that highlight. Hope it helped

It's very simple. Go on the highest balcony, then just grind, jump to grind and jump to grind again. Now focus: When your skater is turning right a little bit, jump at the end of ledge (before he'll go grind straight again). If you ollie in te right momet your skater should land near the rail, that gives you this gap. Don't forget to land with grind on it. Good luck

I don't know how to make it with homemade ways, but there are many ways to hack PS2. Search in google. Here in Poland we have many people that hack PSP and PS2 for a money, so we don't have problem with that.

i think he's talking about climbing the balconies, it's easier to grind the handrails & sticker slap the surrounding walls to get higher than use the ladder ;)
