Plus, at the last bit of crisis core, before he died all he thought about was her because she was the only character in the dmw cause he was only thinkin bout her. Hi, everyone I'm here to give a simple clarification on who cloud really love and who really loved him back. After playing ff7 hundreds of times and writing the dialog down many times I saw that cloud in the beginning had no feelings for no one. later as the story develops Tifa became a small interest this is shown during the rescue from the first Shinra event where the revolutionist died.

well that was never really admitted by cloud so we cant know for sure. no couple in ff7 really becomes real, except zack x aerith, but zack dies. then cloud meets aerith, makin the love triangle - thus, this video lol. so out of zack x aerith, cloud x aerith, cloud x tifa, zack x cissnei, or any couple, we cant be sure of any of them becoming real. our closest bet would have to be zack x aerith, seeing as they are together now.

Well in Crisis Core at the scene "Zack Cloud Inn" Zack asks Cloud how he knows Tifa, and Cloud gets all embarressed and Zack starts to tease him about Cloud's feelings for his friend Tifa... that sort of hints strongly of the way Cloud feels, and also in Crisis Core when Zack attacks Sephiroth but fails and Cloud stabs him instead and goes back to Tifa, who is lying on the floor, he gently strokes her cheek... I believe he loved tifa, but did he like aeris as a friend or more in ff7????
well yeah but im sure the fact that cloud actually went on a date with aerith in ff7 (i know that can change but apparently aerith is the default person to go on a date with) that he would have feelings for aerith too. and when shin-ra captured her, he seemed very eager to go to her rescue. so you cant say there isnt something there too. and as the creator of this vid said in the description, he and aerith became very close very fast.
i never played the original FF7 because when I was born the PS1 was dying fast and I was too young to appreciate games, when I was around 10 I got a PS2 and from then on ive had a love for video games, but im sad that I could never play FF7 as ive played the other ones for the genre. It would be nice for the maker of the game to clarify who Cloud truly loves, and an even better question: Does Tifa even love him like that? Or just as a friend?
what? you havent played the original?? but its one of the best!! graphics are pitiful but besides that its great! sure it plays on a ps2 as long as u get a ps1 memory card. play it sometime, its... well the most important part of the overall story!
Ive made guesses as to what happened, but by not playing the first game i dont get the same amount of connection to the characters as those who have.. i didnt know it played on the PS2 but I dont even know where to buy it anymore, no stores even STOCK PS1 games where i live. Im also really touchy when it comes to graphics (the PS3 and the 360 hav spoiled me, sadly) and if the graphics are below even ps2 quality i find it really hard to enjoy and connect with a game...

However, Maiden isn't canon because SE has never referenced it as such and Crisis Core+DoC have retconned it.
It's actually a FVII novel, called "Maiden who Travels the Planet" there, Aerith states she loves Cloud more than her first love. I think people need to read the novels as well. If people only watch the movie they won't understand the love triangles in this game. Many don't even know novels exist ._.; But everyone has their own opinion ^^
Zack & Aerith are meant for each other the only reason why Aerith likes Cloud is because she see's alittle of Zack in him.Everyone has their own little personal thought to this story but I really think that Cloud loves Tifa but doesn't like to admit it just because he doesn't like to appear vulnerable. well that was never really admitted by cloud so we cant know for sure. no couple in ff7 really becomes real, except zack x aerith, but zack dies. then cloud meets aerith, makin the love triangle - thus, this video lol. so out of zack x aerith, cloud x aerith, cloud x tifa, zack x cissnei, or any couple, we cant be sure of any of them becoming real. our closest bet would have to be zack x aerith, seeing as they are together now.

Well in Crisis Core at the scene "Zack Cloud Inn" Zack asks Cloud how he knows Tifa, and Cloud gets all embarressed and Zack starts to tease him about Cloud's feelings for his friend Tifa... that sort of hints strongly of the way Cloud feels, and also in Crisis Core when Zack attacks Sephiroth but fails and Cloud stabs him instead and goes back to Tifa, who is lying on the floor, he gently strokes her cheek... I believe he loved tifa, but did he like aeris as a friend or more in ff7????

well yeah but im sure the fact that cloud actually went on a date with aerith in ff7 (i know that can change but apparently aerith is the default person to go on a date with) that he would have feelings for aerith too. and when shin-ra captured her, he seemed very eager to go to her rescue. so you cant say there isnt something there too. and as the creator of this vid said in the description, he and aerith became very close very fast.

i never played the original FF7 because when I was born the PS1 was dying fast and I was too young to appreciate games, when I was around 10 I got a PS2 and from then on ive had a love for video games, but im sad that I could never play FF7 as ive played the other ones for the genre. It would be nice for the maker of the game to clarify who Cloud truly loves, and an even better question: Does Tifa even love him like that? Or just as a friend?

what? you havent played the original?? but its one of the best!! graphics are pitiful but besides that its great! sure it plays on a ps2 as long as u get a ps1 memory card. play it sometime, its... well the most important part of the overall story!

Ive made guesses as to what happened, but by not playing the first game i dont get the same amount of connection to the characters as those who have.. i didnt know it played on the PS2 but I dont even know where to buy it anymore, no stores even STOCK PS1 games where i live. Im also really touchy when it comes to graphics (the PS3 and the 360 hav spoiled me, sadly) and if the graphics are below even ps2 quality i find it really hard to enjoy and connect with a game...

lol please dont judge me on that, If the game is good enough I might be able to over-look graphics just this once, but otherwise I still love the other games I have played in the FF7 genre and I sort of get the general idea where the story came from, I just never understood if Aerith (or Aeris? :S) ever actually LOVED Cloud, or only just as a friend while still loving Zack... I am confused by this, but I suppose no one REALLY knows do they? Since; as you said - they never really said it outright

The narrator states that she loves Cloud more than her first love before she knows the real Cloud and knows what happened to Zack. So at that present moment, she felt she loved Cloud more.
However, Maiden isn't canon because SE has never referenced it as such and Crisis Core+DoC have retconned it.

It's actually a FVII novel, called "Maiden who Travels the Planet" there, Aerith states she loves Cloud more than her first love. I think people need to read the novels as well. If people only watch the movie they won't understand the love triangles in this game. Many don't even know novels exist ._.; But everyone has their own opinion ^^

Zack & Aerith are meant for each other the only reason why Aerith likes Cloud is because she see's alittle of Zack in him.Everyone has their own little personal thought to this story but I really think that Cloud loves Tifa but doesn't like to admit it just because he doesn't like to appear vulnerable. Even if he did have feelings for Aerith he still wouldn't admit anything.That is the type of Character the makers made Cloud out to be compared to Zack, Zack is confident & lets things be known

Becouse she was praying for Holy (Ultimate white magic, the green thing that falls in the water), that could stop Sephiroth Metoer (Black materia). Sephiroth didn´t want that so he killed her sub :(

The actual story is under the author's "About This Video", the video is displaying how Cloud and Zack loved Aerith/Aeris plus the story behind it all is briefly entailed too. Pretty much all of it is accurate. If you want more detail on the game itself it's best to look on the official website.

wat i dont get is why cloud is still stuck on this girl. i mean he only could have known her for a few weeks max. plus the fact that (she is DEAD) and everyone knows tifa would be all over cloud if he grew a pair... see zach knows wat hes doin, hes in the limbo world havin "fun" with that flower girl while cloud mopes around.

Orignalls, Cloud was supposed to be in love with Aerith, but they decided to kill her off as the tradegty of the soty. Dispite my pearsonal belifes [which are Cloud loves Aerith] in canon, he doesn't love anyone that way, or alteast it hasent been confirmed. But CloTi fans like to believe he loves Tifa, Cleriths live to believe he loves Aerith, etc.

It's definitely a question I ask...Well, I'm not so sure, but somebody said something about Kingdom Hearts 3 showing what kind of relationship Cloud and Aerith had/has(?)
