Also,why was an adult bvm used on a definately paediatric patient with no airway pressure monitoring? Surely Calgary or Alberta E.M.S has paediatric bvm's.

As i watch this again i notice new errors,what happened to the lma lubrication,and no notice was seen to be made of the abdo state..

As far I/O, cant comment as us technicians are not qualified to use i'o in this country,but definately in favour of its use!

What happened to not holding the lma tube during cuff inflation? As uk protocal prohibits this.Other than that,very impressive,and possibly a way to go in my country.One question though, what is medical back up?????????? and why didn't the reservoir bag on the bvm inflate with 100% o2,also what was the transport time to casualty as the patient didn't seem hemodynamically un stable.I would have load n go if the transport time was not too great to definitive care!
