  • i like that diagonal lift up you do across your chest & up to raising your hand position. i'll give it a try & see if i feel any chest/pec muscle work. i'm trying different exercises to get more chest workout

  • easy rug, im c5/6 lifting dumbells 3 times a week. did you get help to create your exercise routine or make it yourself?

  • Thanks for sharing. Now I have more ideas for working out. Be careful with the weights. I pulled some muscles under my shoulder blades doing weights 2 years ago. It still hurts. It hasn't really healed.
