  • @jiannig6 It seems you know so little about communism... A song about the difficulties of the workers and their hope to get rid of their bosses is pure communist. The struggle for communism is merely social struggle... Don't forget that the condition of the field workers in 1900 in Italy were feudal (they were liege men and not salariat workers).

This song reminds me of "Novecento", Bernardo Bertolucci's movie

  • what original version? there are no rice fields in italy...

  • The origin here and the partisan could be sang by the same people. The lovers of people and the workers hating the fascist

  • no the originasl song is a strike song of the women that worked in rice fields in north italy in first part of 1900, partizans used the same theme with other words during italian victorious resistance against fascists and nazis during the world war 2, this last one is now the best known

  • this is soooooooooooooooooo rediculous! who was the idiot who made the words????

  • @yalda80

The translation is pretty bad, but it is actually an uncollaborated early version of the song. However many sources say this version was made later than the partisan version

  • rice fields= battle front, mosquitos = gorillas.

you have to understand the translations of it , ever langauge has to add it's meaning to it's langauge but it's all about the same thing, you guys have to stop talking shit about these things without knowing the cultures of music and language

  • the work struggle to survive and the war struggle are very similar there are still people out there that are worked to death with war it only comes faster to those that rush in ... no need to argue about everyones different struggle ...music is an art

  • this should be called:

"how to "lame up" a good classical song"

  • It is just prostitution of very neaningful song.

  • @hissphillips

hey why didnt you rate the video down?

  • i think it's creative.. you gotta have the guts to change a song like this one

  • yes, this is shit.

the lyrics are not like this.

this song is very important for the people who fight for freedom in europe. in Portugal we got Grandola vila morena, in italy they got Oh Bella Ciao

  • communist

  • @DEVRIMCI2007 - this IS the lyric for THIS song --> Bella Ciao sang by the Mondine.

And no, this is not shit.

  • this isnt the lyrics....its shit

  • Where did these lyrics come from? Is it really "the original?"

  • @CommieThreat

of course not! this song has almost 70 years and it was originally inspired by a traditional yidish song

  • excuse me what do you want to say? usin' these words i'm not the stupid......

  • @91rafael2 no scusa l'originale è in italiano ed era cantato dagli alpini scusa ma sei un semo se te pensi che loriginale ze in inglese vai a farti fottere

  • Sehr schöne Version. It´s a beautyfull song.

  • This is so beautiful.

Where can I download this version?

  • the original version is about the working class. later si the partisan version

  • ridiqulous........

  • what?

  • i mean this lyrics about mosquitos and rice fields have nothing to do with rebels and the struggle for communismn and freedom......

  • I've said this is the original version, not the partisan version, in the information I've wrote original version, you can see

  • but the original italian version is about partisans.....at least i strongly believe so......

  • you can believe what you want, it's normal, I like much partisan version, but this is the original, so you can trust what you want.

  • how old is this song then.

  • oh yea an american song saying bella ciao all the time

maybe it is goodbye to mosquitoes?

  • @91rafael2

gosh, what's the point in saying that?

  • Comment removed

  • It's all part of the same struggle.

    Antifa London.

  • The original version is about freedom fighting, this is about the evil boss, that wants you not only get out from the bed in the morning, but also to work hard. What a bastard. *irony*

  • This is the original version, mondina's bella ciao is the original version, partisan's bella ciao is famous and beatiful, but this is the original version.

  • thank you my friend...yes i believe you you are right......the first version was about the workers on the ricefields....but the song became famous when it was used by the italian partigianos.....

  • @BelgarionKolder Not only does he make you work hard, but he also takes all of what you produce and makes profit by making you do surplus labor in order to sustain his parasitic bourgeois lifestyle.

  • Nice. But to bad i can't finde the swedish one..
