@fiending Haha, a lot! Magnesium, iron, anti-oxidants (lots of that), is 18% protein vs 13% of eggs, amino acids, zinc, calcium, omega 3, potassium. The list goes on. And plus, when it is raw, the anti-oxidant level is more than 3 times higher than regular cocoa.
@fiending Well you don't go crazy about it. Yes, it is stimulating, but I have heard David Wolfe talking about how to stop, or slow down the over-stimulating power of cacao. You should go and "Youtube" his smoothie, I think he explains it there. Honestly, I have had 250 gram bag of cacao for many moths now, and I have used, at maximum, a few table spoons.
Fat? lol, look how much coconut oil she puts it. Moderation is key... I think.
@fiending Hi, everything listed below, and also very high in vitamin C. Always better to be eaten raw and sweetened with low glycemic sugars like pure maple syrup.
I don't know about this. Honey is still sugar, and who can stop at eating just one piece? Millions of us just can't say no until the whole tray of it is gone.
@menderfire9 actually, when your body gets what it really needs, you aren't still wanting. This chocolate gives you nutrients you really need, I bet it will satisfy you. The universe tells us natural sugars are okay because fruits hang abundantly in nature, we are designed to have natural sugars. Refined sugars act very differently in the body than the natural sugars from raw honey or dates or pure maple syrup.
@blythemetz While I admire your knowledge and intentions your views are not exactly real science. In my 40 years working with people with eating disorders I have seen that the issue is much more complicated than merely feeding one's cells with natural sugars and other necessary elements. It sounds good, but it is not reality for millions of people, and for many people these theories are dangerous if not deadly since sugars lead into insulin issues and obesity issues which can be real killers!
@menderfire9 I'm not suggesting only feeding cells natural sugars of course. I'm quite sure Live Food theories are not deadly, as you suggest. In fact quite the opposite, In my work, I've seen people heal from all kinds of cancers and terminal illness from eating live foods. It's about the molecular structure of natural LIVE foods, this is scientific, much too long to discuss in 500 characters. If one isn't interested in natural sweets, simply don't eat them, but they aren't harmful.
@menderfire9 I couldn't finish my comment above. If you or those you help can not eat natural sugars because of an eating disorder disrupting the health, digestion, etc in the body, than that is something else. I actually know quite a bit about eating disorders, and how to bring the body and mind back into a state of vibrant love health. Good luck. I wish you well.
I am going to save this video and share it with my Sister, this was a very detailed and informative demostration. Thank you so much for sharing it with us
